Accounts Created per Month in new Refworks
The "Accounts Created per Month" statistics are offered by Legacy RefWorks but not by New RefWorks. These statistics are really useful to evaluate the RefWorks usage in our libraries and they are the second more important for us after the "New References".
We like to have these statistics in New Refworks too.

These stats are available by downloading user data to an excel and sorting the “Created” column.

Admins can remove users by pressing the Actions button near the user name and selecting Deactivate User. If you do not have this option enabled please open a support case at https://supportcase.exlibrisgroup.com/?product=Refworks

Want to collect past Sessions from Usage Statistics
We can get sessions of only the year that we access the usage statistics page now, but we actually want to get ones of the previous year or before.

In the date drop down select “Custom” instead of “Year-to-Date” and enter the desired date range.

Enable Option to Delete User Accounts
Currently Refworks doesn´t have the option for delete user accounts. Even if you send invitation for new users, you can not delete invitations.
Is extrange because, you can give admin privilegies to account but you can not delete it.
7 votesCurrently in new RefWorks Admins can deactivate user accounts. Please let us know if there is something about this feature that you would like enhanced.
