However, currently, for citations with copyright approval that were created by rolling over a list, the 'Date Available From' field, defaults to the course start date, even if the citation was created after the course began. This is problematic because if the citation didn't exist at the start of the course, then the 'Date Available From' field doesn't reflect the actual earliest date students could access the uploaded file.

Example scenario:

A list is rolled over and the citation copyright is approved after the course start date. The 'Date Available From' should be the copyright approval date, as this is the earliest date students could access the file.
