Add field for administrators in license record
We would like to add a field called "administrator” in the Summary tab of the License. This field would preferably be connected to the user inventory in Alma and should be repeatable for as many administrators as we want. Often there is more than one person included in the negotiation of a license agreement. It would be of great help to have the names of these persons in the license record in Alma.

Replace copyright statement for digital representations
The copyright statement should display at the front of the digital representation for the patron before they download the contents. The copyright statement is not visible unless the patron clicks on the Copyright Symbol on top right corner of the page of the digital representation. To make the copyright statements meaningful, it should appear before the representation.

Direct linking based upon linking level
We are using “direct linking”, which is great when you arrive at the desired article, but some students find it confusing when a direct link takes them to the journal level (for example), instead of to the article level.
It would be great if the direct linking logic could take into account the “linking level” from the Alma electronic collection.
A library could then, for example, choose to enable direct linking for linking levels of "issue", “article DOI” or "article", but not of it is “journal” or “volume”.
A descriptive note could then be added to a collection’s Full Text…

Authorities ordered according to the correct order rather than subfield alphabetical
Alma organizes the name/title results in MARC subfield order, rather than RDA/MARC order.
For example, instead of this expected order:
700 |a Rolvaag, O. E.,|q(Ole Edvart),|d1876-1931.|tWorks.|kSelections.|f1936you instead get the subfields in alphabetical order, like so:
700 |aRolvaag, O. E.,|d1876-1931,|f1936|kSelections.|q(Ole Edvart).|tWorks.Please fix this so subfields are ordered properly which will allow the new browse feature to work properly.
4 votesSubfields of MARC 21, UNIMARC, and CNMARC authority record fields used to create display, sorting, and search elements, were extracted in alphabetical order rather than in cataloging order. This was fixed. As a result, additional bibliographic record elements were created. For MARC 21 display elements, this includes 5XX note fields excluding 59X, 520 and 505; 59X local note fields and 69X local subjects. For MARC 21 search elements: this includes 59X local notes, 9XX local fields, 09X local call numbers, and 69X local subjects. For UNIMARC and CNMARC, display elements include 69X local subjects. Search elements include 69X Other Classification Number, 3XX notes, 9XX local fields, and 69X local subjects.

Payment of requests in Resource Sharing
It would be great to have the facility to assign a fund code and encumbrance against resource sharing requests in the same way you do in acquisitions . Then when you receive your invoice from the supplier the amount charged/paid could then be reflected as a negative encumbrance against the assigned fund code.

Function of generating license report
We are trying to generate a report (either via Analytics or from a Set) of License fields in the License Terms tab (specifically the Authorized Users fields - Authorized User Definition and Local Authorized User Definition). Neither Analytics nor Sets seem to report on the individual fields - even a Tools - Export to Excel would be useful.

Tableau access to Analytics (Alma & Primo)
Hi ExLibris
A number of institutions use Tableau (market leading BI platform) for Library Analytics
It would be awesome if ExLIbris would open/allow Alma & Primo Analytics to connect with Tableau (or other similar BI tools)
Currently Tableau can connect with Oracle BI (OBIEE) (which Alma/Primo Analytics use) but we need the connection
details and network access - refer documents below• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WKBtLB1W5o
• http://kb.tableau.com/articles/knowledgebase/tableau-and-obiee
• https://www.biconnector.com/ExLibris users: Please post in the comments below if you use Tableau - or if you use a similar tool for Library Analytics please post the details
Cheers

Add the option to display call number in all work benches in circulation and in all relevant user notifications.
Many libraries are using call numbers as a primary identifier in fulfillment workflows and in communication with the users.

Ability to add more than one POL to an electronic collection
Need the ability to add more than one POL to an existing electronic collection. We do have a work-around of cross-referencing the POLs, but it doesn't really work well. We would like to see both orders listed when viewing 'More Info' on an electronic collection

Retain Statistical Identifiers
Right now when you have all the Anonymization jobs set to run, only four elements remain in a checkout history of an item related to the patron details: User Group, Job Category, Record Type, and Account Type.
This makes the use of the Statistical identifiers not very effective to measuring checkout usage with them. We have them currently set to be the user's major/department. We would like to know usage by major/department, but cannot get this information with Anonymization jobs turned on.
Any chance the Statistical Identifiers could also remain in the loan history in Analytics.

list more than 20 items on screen
I want to be able to have all items in a record on one screen, not 20 items split up on separate pages. For a number of reasons, one being:
When creating a set when I click "select all" it only actually selects the first 20 items. If I want to actually add all items in the record I have to go back and forth adding them 20 at a time.36 votes -
Creating itemized sets using file upload and OCLC numbers
Currently, when we create an itemized set by file upload (also known as "Adding Itemized Sets"), the file upload option only includes MMS ID, PID, Barcode, Item ID, Portfolio ID, or PO line reference. If I have a file of MARC records from OCLC or another vendor, it would be nice to run the OCLC numbers through Alma to see how many titles are currently in Alma. At this point in the process, we don't have an MMS ID. If we could use a list of OCLC numbers, this would allow us to create a set of records based on…

Allow creation of shortcuts to Alma menu items on personal dashboards
Allow creation of shortcuts to Alma menu items on personal dashboards.
For example our fulfillment desks would like a shortcut to manage patron services and return items to remove the need to select from the Alma menu - quicker workflow.
I'm sure there are other examples.

In advanced Repository Search, allow the selection of multiple physical locations. within a library.
In Advanced Search, we currently can search multiple locations only by selecting one, going back, selecting another, going back, and selecting another. Allowing the selection of multiple locations from a list would save time.

Add the ability to move item record(s) from one bib record to another.
Occasionally one or more item records need to be attached to a different, correct bib record, This often happens with title changes for serial records. Presently we must withdraw the item record(s) from one bib record and create new ones at the correct bib record. This is very time consuming process. It would be very helpful if there was an option to select item records and transfer them from one bib record to another.
