    Dear all,

We are adding physical item templates to our roadmap.

It will be possible to save an item as a template, and then use this template to pre-populate new items when they are created.

The system will remember the user's template selection, so they won't be required to specify the template each time they create an item (only when the item differs from the previous item created from a template).

Multi-select facets are supported in Alma’s new UX searches, including Holdings, Borrowing requests, Lending requests and PO Lines, and will become supported in other searches as they are gradually moved to our new UX. Excluding facets will also be gradually added to new UX searches.

I would love to be able to exclude Closed PO Lines when I am looking at a big list but keep all the other statuses available to view.

I'm surprised to find this functionality doesn't already exist!

We would like to be able to add the electronic collection as a facet on Primo search results page -- so users can exclude items in a particular collection they don't have access to from their results. There is currently no way to do this precisely.

The workaround proposed by Ex Libris is to use a norm rule to add the name of the electronic collection (Collection A) into the bibliographic record, and then create a facet that can filter on this field. However, if a user then excludes Collection A from their search results, they will be excluding at the bibliographic level, and will exclude ebooks that are available in both Collection A and Collection B (to which they do have access).

It would also be lovely to be able to update the Subscription dates range in batch for every invoice line on an invoice, rather than having to touch each one manually.

The holdings and the note used to display next to one another, but at some point ExLibris made a change that prevented them from doing so. I'm attaching a before/after image below. We would really like to revert to having the 866 holdings and |z note appear in line together.

Please allow users to customize where the line breaks appear.

Our IT dept would prefer we use a unique, but very long, string of letters and numbers as our unique identifiers in Alma/Primo, but if we do we will have the same problem as Chris. We would also like the "updated by" field to be configurable to use Last Name, First Name or something else human-identifiable.
