Hi,
This is to update that this issue is still not planned to be developed in the current road map. We will continue to evaluate it for a future release.
Therefore we are keeping this under "Under review" status.
Best regards,
Yael.

A check box will be available when selecting the 'restore' option to enable clearing out the temporary information fields.

An error occurred while saving the comment Birgit commentedIt would indeed be very interesting to be able to configure whether a POL is created or not. Even for printed materials which are ordered RTA or EOD that would be helpful.

Dear community, this idea was reviewed and accepted, below you can find the suggested design, please feel free to comment if you have further suggestion:
1. It will be possible to sort the interested users list using arrows. The hold requests will be activated as per the order in the interested users tab.
2. A check mark for ‘Loan to first interested user’ will cause the received item to be automatically loaned to the first interested user when the item is received.
3. It will be possible to print the list of users (in the proper order) when the item is received
Thanks,
Noam Fass | Alma product management teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Birgit commentedHi Noam,
great news, thanks!
One question : will that new check mark for "Loan" be a manual check box like the "Hold item" one for every interested user or an automated feature? What difference with the current "Hold item" checkbox?
Currently we have to check this check box manually for every interested user, as the default is set to "No" and is not configurable. That is very time consuming.

An error occurred while saving the comment Birgit commentedIt would indeed be very useful that approved purchase requests are automatically published in Primo : it's an important information for users to see titles in Primo that are (about to be) ordered , to avoid possible duplicate requests on the same title.

Very useful indeed. It is already possible to convert a resource sharing request into a purchase request, it should be just as possible the other way round!
