    Thank you for posting this idea. I do hope it's successful. A restriction is made mute when the persistent search still permits a restricted action.

    Yes to this! and in general, allow institutions to set all default responses as they need to. Institutions have different use cases. Providing configuration in this area would be are great benefit.

    The ability to perform bulk processes from "Manage Patron Services" is an essential function within library services. Currently when a faculty member has 100 "lost" books they would like to renew it takes an inordinate amount of staff time set to "found", clear fines (if necessary) then renew.

    Agreed, being able to send a receipt directly from "Return Items" would be an enhancement to the return process for patrons and staff.

    This would be a very good enhancement as it would be more intuitive for library users. Most library users use the same library location for circulation. Having the due date based on the library calendar of the lending library makes for a better customer service experience.
