An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedWould be useful to understand the wider implications of 'parallel' working on course and list aspects - whether this is treated as a defect?

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThis also has some similarity to this idea:
https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/395697-leganto/suggestions/33389293-no-openurl-in-exported-reference-lists-with-refereAn error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedWe note that the Source field (URL) may have elements (proxy prefix) for some users, but it would be useful potentially to be able to display it in some instances.
The treatment of Source as citation metadata is also relevant here in terms of citation formats and being able to export. Possibly the ability to state the Source in the Brief Citation Format would assist? -

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedAgree a very useful confirmation point and opportunity to lay out service terms/updates and ensure service expectations can be met/requests updated etc.
Suppose the XSL would need to cover multiple request scenarios in terms of notification data available to it for user/request type if a holding is not known or it is and request immediately active.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedHi,
We would also strongly welcome an update on what work Ex Libris have or are planning on doing with Version 1.0 of the ONIX Publications License
format (ONIX-PL) field mappings to Alma licence field as nothing seems to have happened for quite some time - after the import feature was added in Oct 2014 as described:
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Training/03_What's_New_Videos_2014/03_October_2014_Release/Load_ONIX-PL_Formatted_LicensesSee also the Alma-ONIX-PL field equivalent mappings:
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/020Acquisitions/090Acquisitions_Infrastructure/050Managing_Licenses_and_AmendmentsIt is still not possible to pull in the ONIX-PL terms from a Jisc licence for examples, but other examples can be given.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThe only workaround for this seems to be in narrative view - this would be such a big help and smooth the gap between Analytics v Alma inline workflows in several areas, electronic resources, Leganto reading lists and similar where actionable hyperlinks could support workflow steps currently only achievable from extracts or more manual work-arounds.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedHas this one been addressed indirectly from the August 2018 release? 'existing Library tag type was renamed Instructor-Library. A new tag type, Library-Internal, was added and is visible only by librarians (in Alma and Leganto)'.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThis is a cross LMS issue with Primo. Customers query why they see "Status: Renewable" (which is the theoretical policy), rather than the dynamic user reality, i.e. will a loan renewal attempt succeed? It causes confusion all around as staff do not see this information from the LMS - commonly occurs in Alma and Primo customer queries, but clearly others as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedFrom the latest Leganto roadmap highlights for 2018-19 it may be that some aspects (Prompting?) of this are addressed via the List Advisor functionality: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Leganto/Product_Materials/Product_Roadmap

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedAgree would be useful as supports the UK British Library claiming infrastructure
https://forms.bl.uk/document-supply/Discussed with Ex Libris in a recent visit.
As with current Resource Sharing letters workaround can use other Resource Information fields in meantime or supplement information in a general message.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedDo you mean the Loan Audit Trail? It is possible to see renewals in the loan history for returned items from the Manage Patron Services/Returns - tab (selecting 'Returns display' all).
Is this a historic loans archiving/anonymisation issue?

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThis is something which has been requested in the past, and would certainly benefit staff in several request screens: Pick from Shelf, Active Hold Shelf, Expired Hold Shelf etc.
As workarounds, we have exported lists (Tools/Excel) to work from, or used the Requests option from the persistent search box/ the Resource Request Monitoring page to find something, or even Analytics reporting, but in-line searching would be a great improvement.
This continues to be a problem/source of confusion.
