I will check with our linking team if that can be done.
Kind regards,

An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Hollendonner commentedThis would be incredibly helpful for any consortia using this product. The originator posted 5 years ago but it seems like plenty of people would like this functionality. Please make this a priority.

The 'Claimed Returned' action will be available for lost loans. It will change the loan status to 'claimed returned'.
A customer parameter will determine whether the change to claimed returned should trigger a 'Find Item' action (and refund the lost item fees) + change to 'claim return', or only change to 'claim return'.
An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Hollendonner commentedLost is usually not the end of an item's journey. Plenty of times a patron gets the lost email only to let us know they still have the item and that they either need some more time or will return it soon. Or they claim to have returned it. Being able to change a lost book's status to claims returned or extending the due date should be an option without having to mark it as found.

Hi,
It will be possible to configure the system (with a utomatic renew rule output parameter to say whether to send an email to the patron when renewal takes place.
If emails are sent, they will be sent in an aggregated manner (single notice for all renewed loans)
An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Hollendonner commentedSince voting has been turned off and this idea marked as planned in 2018, can we get an update on when this will be implemented, please? Looks like several libraries and large consortiums are interested in this!

Hi all,
We would like to update that this is planned to be developed in the Primo Next Discovery Experience User Interface.
More details on the new interface plans can be found here -
Therefore we are changing the status of this idea to "Planned".
Best regards,
Yael.
An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Hollendonner commentedSince our consortium is set up to randomly select which owning library to select and the patron has no choice, this seems like an unnecessary step for them to go through to see where there loans are. Similarly, removing institutions that the patron no longer has activity at would lessen anxiety and frustration for patrons.
Liz Hollendonner supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Liz Hollendonner commentedConsolidating this information would be very useful for large consortiums and makes logical sense for the patrons. As it is now, we are getting lots of complaints and confusion from our patrons.

The problem isn't finding the article in a PrimoVE search. The problem is that clicking on the link in PrimoVE does not take the patron to the actual article. Instead they are taken to a landing page and have to navigate to the article, which is not intuitive and creates barriers that are unnecessary with current technology levels.
