    Bonkers that we even need to ask for this. What was the thought process behind configuring this such that no contact info is captured?

    This would be a nice improvement. Even better if expiration date showed in the patron info box on the right-side of the recently updated layout.

    The core user record will  have a field for selecting a preferred pronoun. The options will be from a configurable drop down such as:

    • he, him, his
    • she,her,hers


    The field will  be updatable from:

    • Alma form
    • SIS
    • API
    • Primo (VE)


    The preferred pronoun will in the Manage Fulfillment Options screen.


    It will be possible to locally override this field without overriding from the SIS, like other fields allow (such as user group).

    Hi,

    It will be possible to configure the system (with a utomatic renew rule output parameter to say whether to send an email to the patron when renewal takes place.

    If emails are sent, they will be sent in an aggregated manner (single notice for all renewed loans)

    Per EXL support: "Ex Libris Development has completed an initial assessment of this suggestion "Fulfillment: Automatic Renewal Notices / Email Letters to patrons when loans automatically renewed". After taking into account a number of factors including impact, scope, technical complexity, functional prerequisites, and existing development priorities, Development has set a target date of Q4 2020 for release of this functionality."
