To clarify, our library is trying to change the order of facets options that display within the Availability section, or to specifically disable a facet option (Open Access) from displaying. We have been informed by Ex Libris that we can disable the display of a particular facet, like Open Access, by defining the Label for it as NOT_DEFINED. But there is no functionality in place to manually arrange the order of the facet options within the Availablity Facet section.
