    We are looking into improvements that can be made to the Primo VE form, such as:

    • Add a custom notice or message to the form
    • Improve the form fields’ responsiveness to the requested format (book/article and physical/digital)
    • Look into ways to enhance the configurability of the look and feel for the form

    Preferably also a possiblity to choose whether to use <input> or <textarea>. For example comment fields would greatly benefit from a <textarea>. On top of this, choosing maxlength character wise would be useful at times.

    A new 'Purged request fee' will be configurable for Hold Request TOU, similar to the one that already exists for booking requests. When the Expired Hold task list is used with one of the 'Reshelve', 'Transit'  or 'Activate Next' functions then the request TOU will be consulted, and a fee will be created accordingly.
