Fix the multi-page list display bug in Rialto
There is a a bug in the Rialto list display function which I have encountered numerous times: When I go to the second (or later) page of a List in Rialto and take an action on one of the items such as moving it to a cart, the list is refreshed and redisplayed incorrectly. For example, with 30 items in a list, before the second page refreshes, it correctly displays items 21 through 30 in the list with the heading “21 through 30 of 40.” After refreshing, the header says “21 through 40 of 30”! The behavior you described in this idea exchange is more of a bug than an actual enhancement. This issue was passed to Rialto's development team for analysis and should be addressed in one of the nearest releases.

Improve Calendar Management Notifciations
I have recently began entering hours at my institution, but I find it extremely frustrating. Once you import a file you have to apply changes, then save changes, and then get kicked back two screens. Often apply changes takes a very long time to update and your stuck wondering if you messed up or the calendar is delayed. Currently a notification appears when you press the apply changes job. However, there is no notification of a successful completion. It is frustrating just backing and going in and out of the calendar hoping a change appears.

Index local in Advanced search
We have a local index with a closed list of values and we would like to present only this list of values to users doing an advanced search.
An example with the local index "Original language" based on the 905 field. This field contains three possible values: Yes, No, Bilingual.

Ability to mark selected manual jobs as favorites
Would it be possible to mark manual jobs that are run often as favorites? Currently there are 110 jobs listed under Admin > Manage Jobs and Sets > Run a Job. It would be helpful if I could mark jobs that I run regularly as favorites so that I do not need to search for or scroll down to locate the job I am looking to run.

Accessibilty issues
I suggest ( and personally need) the possibility to adapt the layout to people with visual challenges. I have a limitation of the visus from both eyes to the left side (emianopsia) and I would work better if I could move the toolbar to the right and adapt the screen size (mantaining its proportions).

Be able to fully preview a letter that has never been sent using live sample patron data
Until a letter has actually been sent, it isn't possible to generate a full preview of what it will look like when it is sent to a patron.
It would be really helpful to be able to select a letter than has never been sent to any patrons and preview it using the loans data, etc on an actual patron's account in order to check the details, formatting, etc are correct before starting to use it.

Alma / Primo VE: Configuration - Including the category headings in search results
The configuration's search function in Alma and Primo VE allows us to find specific components. However the category headings are not included in the search results. For example, if I search for Letters, I only get Letters Configuration but not Components Configuration (which is under the Letters heading)
Adding the category headings and all their entries to the search index & results might help improve findability of certain configuration screens.

RSS of knowledge center articles should include changelog

We can watch pages like

However, there is no way of seeing what has changed.
(Sometime there's a note 'New for March', but not always).
Please add a changelog / version history / diff function to your documentation pages. This could be a separate page, so the main page doesn't get cluttered.

Enhanced customisation for Contact Information pop-up

Include identifier fields in Export Job Reports, not just names
Export Electronic Portfolios should have unique identifier fields included in exported report.
As a specific example, the portfolio report includes Electronic Collection Name information, but no other identifier for the Collection Name. In order to use this with other reports generated from the system, it's not possible to match reliably when using the Name string as names appear to change in the CKB over time, and extended characters can be problematic when importing to other systems (excel, access). Advanced Search in new interface lacks functionality
The new Alma interface's Advanced Search feature appears to lack fundamental functionality. I am not the systems person and, therefore, perhaps this can be done and I am not aware of how to do this. However, it seems one must now click on the Advanced Search every time one needs the Advanced Search (which is often). The old interface allowed one to choose Advanced Search and then it would remain on the screen so that one could use the same chosen Advanced Search option continually, adding and subtracting additional fields as needed. I would like to move the "View Online" section above the "Send To" section on the journal search results page (Alma Services Page). While I can reorder the other sections on that page, I am not able to move the "Send To" section.

dates over Alma-D thumbnails
We'd like the ability to display date of creation over thumbnail images in Alma-D collection views. We have many objects with the same title in our historical collections (yearbooks, periodicals, newsletters). When browsing these collections users will be looking at pages of thumbnails with identical titles, with no way to differentiate the items beyond the thumbnail images themselves (which often provide no information about date).
Adding the date of creation to the metadata already displaying over the thumbnails (material type and title) would make it much easier for our users to find digital assets while browsing.

Idea Exchange Login
Get rid of what has been called the "magic link" login for the Idea Exchange. We'd like to go back to just a username and password. ("Magic link" is what it's been called on ALMA-L. It's where instead of asking for a username and password, you have to enter your password and wait for an email.)
