Move the URL field to the top of the citation record preview screen
Currently, the link resolver "Check for Full Text" field appears at the very top of the citation record preview screen. However, the URL field appears near the bottom of a citation preview record. For certain publication types, especially grey literature, the link resolver links perform poorly. It would be ideal if the URL field appeared near the top of the record with the link resolver field to ensure end users discover it.

In publicly Shared Folders, and especially folders shared via public URL, allow native citation style rather than CSL or, even better, allow some level of customization of output style and display.
The current output style and display is nearly unusable--confusing for both the end user and librarians.
Please see case #00874868 for full explanation of the issue.

Please bring back "My List" to the new RefWorks
Please bring back the "My List" function from legacy RefWorks. I realize you can create reference lists from folders or projects or if all the references you need appear on a single page (e.g., what you've just imported). But, what is missing is a way to create a temporary list of references you are working with without having to put them into another folder or project. For example, if you've written your paper and just need to add those last handful of references, there is no longer an efficient way to create that list while navigating between different pages and…

Save to RefWorks Design Improvements
For the love of all that is holy, please create an option to minimize the 'Save to RefWorks' pop-up window when you're trying to input a reference. When Save to RefWorks can't manage to input most of the information itself (85% of the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), you have to manually input, but the giant RefWorks window blocks half of the article information that you need to input from view

[New RefWorks] 나만의 출력스타일(Citation style) 공유하기 기능 추가해주세요 - Request for my custom citation styles share feature
The users can share the custom citation style by using back-up and restore function in Legacy, but New RefWorks is not. It was very useful feature. I want to share my custom style with my colleague not publish to the institutional style in public.

Capture PMID from CINAHL records upon import
EBSCO has isolated the PMID in as a piece of data in their CINAHL records; however, this doesn’t appear to be captured in an import into RefWorks. Please capture this item when available in CINAHL records.

allow to search for citation using the URL field - not just the title field.
When a user is looking to manually build a citation, allow the lightening bolt tool to operate on the URL field rather than title of the document field. This is the standard in other Citation builders and students are often looking for it.

RefWorks Statistics - referencing/citation style being used
If possible please include stats on what referencing/citation style our users are using in refworks (and if possible in WnC).
Reasons : to help us have a better idea of what our users are actually using and catch those areas using other styles that we are aware of.

Duplicate or copy a project
It would be great to be able to duplicate or make a copy of a project. That way, if you share it or make any changes, you can make a copy for sharing or editing and save the original project, which includes not just the records, but the folder structure, in case you make mistakes or need to go back to the original. Exporting the citations does not save the folder structure or save all the changes you've made specifically in RefWorks to a citation.

Bibliografías organizadas por tipo de material
Será muy intersante que Rewforks permitiese hacer bibliografías organizadas por tipo de material: monografías, artículos, tesis, etc.

To cite in Author(year) format, currently Refworks allows to hide the author in the default format (Author, year) and we need to write manually the author names outside the parenthesis.
This is error prone and time consuming.
Please bring in an option as a drop-down/tick box where "Author(year)" is also one choice. Endnote does this beautifully. See the attached illustration.
Thank you

Search function for uploaded pdf files
When pdf files are uploaded to RefWorks (attached to a reference in a folder) they load as an image when you 'read' them. Unfortunately this means you can't search for keywords within the document itself, which is different to being able to search within a normal pdf file (using the Ctrl+F function). It would be very useful if this search function was enabled in the RefWorks software.

Be able to merge duplicate references
I think it would be very useful that when Refworks detects duplicates, these references can be merged. In addition to could choose what information save from each of them. Sometimes the firsth reference has the DOI but not the pdf, second reference has the pdf but does not have author information correctly entered, etc.

Allow successive folder assignments
After successfully adding select citations from a list of records to a 1st folder, allow the user to go through the list again to pick other citations to add to other folders. Currently the "apply" button doesn't show up again until you refresh the page.
My particular use case is systematic review screening. I go through a page of results selecting those I want to move to an "include" folder. Then I want to toggle the check boxes and add the others to an "exclude folder". I'd need to refresh the page to get the "apply" button back, loosing the…

Reading and highlighting/annotating- it is so clunky. Please make it smoother and more flexible.
The highlighting gets corrupted when one zooms in or out. Also, it doesn't seem possible to change the color of highlighting default. I find the default gold hard to see. I also like to color code, and it is too high maintenance to have to change after each highlight.

Have an option to lock certain folders which prohibits articles being deleted from them. Would help from accidentally losing files.

Improve CTR Harvard
Being reluctant to create an institutional version of CTR Harvard, can the RefWorks supplied version of CTR Harvard be improved to make it more accurate? eg by making book/article titles sentence cased? or by the making the journal title, title cased? This is already done for APA.
