  1. Include jobs in Recent changes tab

    Changes showns in the recent changes tab match notification types and are listed here: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Leganto/Product_Documentation/Leganto_Online_Help_(English)/Leganto_Administration_Guide/Configuring_Leganto_UI_Elements/Configuring_Notifications

    "List status changed to publish" is one of them, however it doesn't apply when the list was published by running a job.
    Ex: Rollover job, the field "On rollover visibility of old reading list" stayed blank.

    Recent changes should include all the changes listed, regardless of what triggered the change.

  2. Add semester and year as possible fields in the Find list advanced search

    Find list settings allow librarians to customize the basic and advanced search interfaces in Leganto. However year and semester are not among the search fields to be chosen from. These are useful search criteria and we would like them to be added to the Find list setting table.

  3. Section IDs in Analytics

    We currently have an issue where staff are wanting to add Section permalinks into a VLE called Insendi. It would be great if Section IDs added to Analytics or to the API. In order that we could create a report that creates section permalinks to be added to Insendi.

  4. Add year field to course bulk update job

    The course bulk update job can be used to update most of the key fields for each course, eg terms, start dates - but not the year.

    We don't want to have to update the year field manually for all of our courses, so can this option be added to the course bulk update job?

  5. Option to rename/customise the Rialto 'Add Items' search scope

    We have recently turned on the option for instructors to 'add items' using Rialto but this terminology is confusing for them.

    We would like the option to customise this heading e.g. 'Search our book supplier' or 'Rialto (Library book supplier)'
    This should encourage use and facilitate training.

    We would much prefer instructors use Rialto rather than Cite It to harvest from publisher websites. Cite It often misses key bib information and/or brings in erroneous e-links.

  7. Reset X when searching for items in list should reset results to all citations

    When using "Search for item in this Reading List", if a term returns a subset of citations, clearing the search term using the X ("Reset") icon in the search box does not return the user to the full list. It only clears the term out of the search box, leaving the limited results. The user has no intuitive path back to the full list, so they often click the back button at the top of the window and exit the list entirely.

  8. Allow items added by Cite It to also be added to My Collection

    Our instructors and students have suggested this enhancement. Currently they can only add items to a list or My Collection with Cite It, there's no option to add to both.

    Cite It! includes an Add button, in addition to the Add and Close button. Users can select a list, click Add and the select the collection and click Add and Close.

  9. Allow students to filter list according to read/unread status

    Students would find it useful if they could display only the items which they still need to read.

  10. Assign list owners/collaborators in bulk

    The Feb 2018 release enabled us to remove all list owners/collaborators as manual bulk job. Could the same functionality be provided for adding new users?

  11. Option for instructors to hide suggested items panel from student view

    Some instructors would prefer students to contact them directly with reading list suggestions. Could an option be added to suppress the suggested items panel from student view, similar to how the student discussion thread can be hidden.

  12. Filter My Collection by citation type

    Could a citation type filter be added to My Collection? This would help users to organise and find citations without having to rely on assigning individual tags.

  14. Change default thumbnail icons for 'Music' and 'Score' citation types

    These citation types currently have the same generic thumbnail image. Could they be differentiated, perhaps by using a speaker or headphone symbol for music citations and a treble clef for scores?

    Music “Score” citation material type will be available in June Release

  15. Add Library Discussion Notes to Analytics Course Reserves subject area

    The full text of Public Notes can be surfaced in Analytics reports, but we would like this to be possible for Library Discussion Notes too, so that they can be managed more easily.

  16. Additional citation type for Clinical Guidelines

    Could this be added as a new citation type option? It would be useful for academic staff in health-related disciplines who utilise guidelines published by organisations such as NICE (https://www.nice.org.uk/).

  17. Configure list statuses to auto-complete if all citations are set complete

    It is currently possible for list status to be automatically changed from 'Complete' to another status when a new citation is added requiring attention (listnewcitationincompleted_list parameter in the Course Reserves Automatic Statuses configuration).

    We would similarly like to be able to configure list status to complete automatically if all the citations have been set complete.

  19. Add "list ID" to searchable ids/All in Alma reading lists persistent search

    It would be useful if reading list ID was searchable for "Reading lists" in the persistent search bar in Alma. Currently it is List code, but this is not important to many users, especially with leganto, and given that the list id is really the only pure list id you see in Leganto front end (address bar, permalink) it would assist with error checking, isolating oddities from analytics reporting, and being sure people have easy and consistent access to the right versions of materials between the front end and the back end.   20. CiteIt - finish loading form after logging in

    We're set up with SAML (Shibboleth) authentication, but lecturers aren't usually logged in with this already, so when they use the CiteIt button they'll be prompted to login.

    Current behaviour is that they click the button, the SAML login screen opens in a new tab, and on successfully authenticating that tab takes them to the Leganto homepage. Lecturers have to switch back to the original tab and click the bookmarklet again.

    It would be nice if, after the lecturer is logged in:
    a) ideally the tab would close again;

    b) more importantly the CiteIt form would now automatically pop up…
