Users - Date Last Logged In
To enable us to manage App Manager User account access more efficiently, it would be beneficial to have a ‘Date Last Logged In’ column in the Users table.
This would remove the need to have to request these details from Ex Libris by Support Case before we can undertake our security audits to remove users with no recent engagement (according to our internal policies).
I’m thinking of something along similar lines to that recently introduced for ‘Registered Users’ which states ‘Date Last Used’.

Quick Polls - CSV File Audience Upload
To enable more specific individuals to be invited to take part in a Quick Poll (where we do not have a dedicated Role), it would be useful if the Quick Polls feature could also offer Distribution by CSV File Upload, in a similar way to Notifications.

Comments: Deleting emails en masse would be a nice addition. Having to select and open each individual email before I can delete it takes a lot of time that I could instead be using to study. Many of the emails us students using this app receive are essentially advertisements-- I have literally a hundred from Barnes & Noble. Why can't I just highlight them all after searching my inbox…1 vote -
Attendance - Use class end time to send reminder notifications
We're sending an attendance notification to students 5 minutes before the start time of teaching activities.
Students have asked for a second reminder notification 5 minutes before the scheduled end of the teaching activity if they haven't already checked-in.
We can't do this at present because notifications can only be set from the start time, and our teaching activities are different lengths. Also we don't want to interrupt the activity by sending a notification part way through.
So we'd like to send notifications based on the end time of the activity as well as the start time.

Send OTC via email
Send the OTC a day in advance to lecturers via email. Users express the need to be able to access the OTC outside the app (native app or online portal).
It would be great if they could tick this option somewhere in the app i.e. "I want to receive the One Time Codes via email"

Attendance check-in: make check-in code display larger or add ability to change size
We have received feedback from both students and lecturers to say that the iSheffield check in code is rather small, especially when viewed on a mobile phone, so we would like to suggest either increasing the size of the check-in code font when displayed, or to introduce the ability for users to change the font size themselves.

Home Page Banners - Timeframe
At the moment, Home Page Banners have to be manually removed in App Manager at the end of their 'life' to take them off-show front-end. This is done either via full deletion or removal of Roles.
It would be useful if configuration was available when adding a Home Page Banner to set a timeframe/window for its lifetime (in a similar way to Quick Polls).
The addition of an End Date/Time, at which point the Home Page Banner auto-deleted or the assigned Roles were removed, would remove the need for users to diarise manual removal at the appropriate time and ensure…

When I look at my timetable in week view and I scroll down to the Friday section (for instance), I can click on an event and I can see the relevant details, however when I go back to the week view, the list has scrolled to the top again.
My suggestion is to have the list remember its position before an event is clicked, and then on returning to the list view from the clicked event, have the list remain in the position it was in before clicking the event, rather than returning to the top of the list again.

Configure Attendance check-in end allow for x minutes after start
Currently check-in end time is +/- minutes from end of class. Should also be able to configure it as + minutes from start of class.
With current config limitation it is not possible to have classes of varying length but set a fixed check-in window.

Allow campus map to zoom in further on Android
The campus map limits Android users to only zoom in to a certain point on the map. It makes dense locations hard to read and decipher between buildings. Please allow more zoom on the campus map in Android.

Allow the side navigation to display on Mobile
As a student, I would like to be able to access the side navigation on mobile so that I can have a seamless experience across both web and mobile
This is intended for any user and allows a user to access the side navigation on mobile in a familiar format to the side navigation on the web. The familiarity allows users to find what they're looking for without needing to know the name of content and using the search feature.
I'm imagining a similar swipe feature to the 'recents' menu which is accessible when swiping from the left on android.

Make scheduled notifications editable by others who have the same ability to post to that alert group
If two or more users are able to schedule messages to an alert group, they should be able to edit each other's messages. Currently they have no visibility of each other's notifications.
We have a team who work on Welcome and Induction who each use Institutional Email to login. If one of them schedules an alert, it's only that one user who can change it, not any of their colleagues who also can send messages to that alert group. A workaround is to not use Institutional Email and have a shared role account and password which is OK for one…
