    Planned for Q1 2021. Due to potential security concerns this will be focus on Google Analytics and not Tags Manager.

  2. Auto-focus into searchbox after clicking Search Icon

    Is possible to give the search bar focus after you click on the icon to open it? It is somewhat annoying to have to click on the icon, then click on the search bar before typing, especially on the web.

  3. Allow roles to be assigned at the pocketguide content/link level

    Roles are only available at the tile level. This has presented challenges to how we can organize content and is putting incredible pressure on our home screen real-estate.

    We cannot organize into hierarchical buckets and are forced to organize around roles. Breaking up content does not help the user's experience. If we make multiple tiles to target each at a role, then we have redundancy if a person carries both roles.

    Additionally, some links are not critical enough to warrant a first-click presence and should be nested.

  4. Allow custom font app-wide

    Currently we cannot make the app on-brand as we've been told that it is not possible to add custom fonts. Can this be added please?

  5. Allow the List View to be saved as the default view

    The "arrange" feature allows users to view the tiles as a list, but when they leave the arrange menu or click "Done", it goes back to the tile view. Especially for visually impaired users, I think the list view might be more usable, so it should be able to be saved as their default view.

  6. Faculty Student Real Time Communication

    The heart of student engagement should be the enablement of direct and real time faculty to student communication within the explicit context of a class. Think class cancellations, room changes, emergency notifications, assignment reminders, including quizzes, homework, and exams, last minute class changes and updates, and any important information that the instructor needs or would like to communicate in real time. In addition a communication framework like this would allow students to opt in and communicate with each other as well for classroom discussions and group work without having to disclose their own phone numbers.   7. Improve the grid layout scaling when switching from wider screen

    The forced margin causes some bad scaling for the grid layout switching from a wider screen to a narrower one.

    This will relate to using "standard" window size break points via media selectors in CSS. We observed that you are using Bootstrap (version 2.x no less).

    Without switching to an alternate means of layout (JS) or setting up media selectors at ridiculous levels (every 10px), would it be possible to rethink the margin settings around the 490px to ~900px range.

  8. Platform-specific Notifications

    Allow more customization within push notifications, for example only send to specific platforms or device. Same types of parameters available within Menu item (tile) overrides.

  9. "intro to app" for web page

    Currently users on both the ios and android native app has the ability to "view intro to app" but we would like this functionality to be extended to those that use desktop computer (ie: access campusm thru web browser)

  10. Ability to Print a page

    Need the ability for users to print a page from within an app with only the contents. Use case#1: student views his/her class schedule (time table) that lists out all the classes, meeting days, location, etc.
    Case#2: we display unofficial transcript and user needs a hardcopy to provide to their employer or other 3rd party for verification that they are actively taking classes or successfully completed a course.

    Currently if you print out a page, everything that is shown on the screen prints, including header/footer, tiles, and other html elements.

  11. Ability to change the look and feel of Home page

    Isn't it a nice idea to allow students to change the look and feel (skins) of the Home page.

    This idea came out of the difficulty to find a consensus among students (opting for more colourful look) and marketing (pleading for a plain university-branded design).

  12. The logon box should have a hyperlink to password reset/recover function for the host institution.

    It is fairly typical to have a link to password reset functionality underneath login boxes, "Click here to reset/recover your password"

  13. [SSO Profiles] Disable or remove the Update link in Personal Details

    The user should not be able to hit the Update control since it does nothing.
    Please remove or disable the Update link (iOS and desktop) and Done link (Android).
    Valid for desktop and mobiles.

  14. Email Verification or profiles

    When the user registers on the app, they are taken into the App directly without having the identity of the user being verified. We need to have an Email verification feature, and ensure that all secure features within a profile is shown only when the email is verified.

  15. The timetable app should send a push notification 10 min before a lecture

    If someone does not want to add lecture events to their personal calendar, or for some reason unable to do so. The app should be able to send out a notification that a lecture will start in X min, with it should be the lecture name ID and location.

  16. Ability to create a Video widget(s) on home screen.

    User is able to set URL for a video in widget configuration (Admin) . Widget loads on home screen (as live tile) and Video is “autoplay” on the live tile –“when in tile is in focus” (without requiring to go into AEK) …very similar what Facebook videos do on home page!

  17. Push notifications for new emails

    It'd be really useful for our users to know when they have a new email either as a push notification or as a little notification on the email tile itself. Currently, users have to go into the email tile and then refresh their emails to see if anything new has come through.

  18. Extend campusM URL schema to launch iOS, Android OR web app

    Hi,

    Given that campusM is device and platform agnostic. I would like to be able to use the campusM URL schema under a tile to provide mobile/tablet users with the option to launch a mobile app (iOS or Android or prompt to get the app as is now the case) AND also provide the option to go to a web app instead if preferred.

    This would give users choice. For example, Outlook 365 and Blackboard web apps have far greater functionality and have quite a good responsive design for small screens. Mobile/tablet users should be able to choose if they…

  19. Security related features in Android / IOS

    Need a deeper integration with the Device, to incorporate the following security related features within the app.

    1. Torchlight - A link / button to toggle the camera's flashlight.
    2. Loud Alarm - A loud alarm to be sounded when in danger
    3. Send my location - An option for sending someone the location which is retrieved at the time.

  20. Facebook share link to be shown per user device

    It would be nice for Android users to be able to share on Facebook the Google Play link only, the iOS users - the Apple Store link only, and the desktop users - the desktop user link only.

    Another nice UX-improvement change would be if the links will show the app logo image and be able to modify the description.
    Please see attached how the link appears in Facebook now.
