The "my account" feature in Primo shows other institutions even if no holdings are checked out--these are schools whose holdings have been viewed by the user only. We'd like to ONLY display other schools in this area unless the user has items requested or checked out.
Thank you for this suggestion. This is now released with Primo VE September release.

Default should be 'Has activity', though.

I agree with Dana Casper to have a quick way to see all items checked out regardless of institutions.
If Primo cannot remove a school from the list when something is loaned, could they find a way to indicate in the list that a patron currently has something from that school within the list. For example, there are 5 schools in my drop down, if I have 3 books checked out from 3 of the schools, those institutions would have an asterisk or a number in parenthesis (1). -

This is often an area of confusion with our patrons.

I think it would be useful to have on the Overview page, an area that shows all existing checked out loans regardless of what institution they are from. This way users can better keep track of their outstanding checkouts. Additional info about which institution they are from could be provided in the details section. Is this possible?

I agree this would be a useful fix. We address this complaint from users on a a regular basis. Recently, we received a complaint from a disgruntled user about "unnecessary list of Universities in my library account page which confuses me and makes me go one by one on what I owe and what I don't. It may lead to missing of return deadlines too."
