Indexing 348-Sub-fields "c"
The subfield c in MARC 348 is new and Alma is not indexing it yet:
348-Sub-field "c" is not listed in profile for field 348
Sub-field "d" is not listed in profile for field 348
Example: 348 ǂc staff notation ǂd 1007 ǂ2 rdafmn
This replaced the 546 ǂb Staff notation.
Since this subfield is not indexed yet it is not displaying in Display in Discovery. Are there plans to index these subfields in the near future?

Temporary item policy and temporary location should be separate settings
When items have a temporary item policy, they often stay within their permanent location. However, in order to add a temporary item policy we have to select "Item is in a temporary location" = yes. Doing this when the item remains in its permanent location causes confusion, both when viewing items in the item display of Alma repository as well as when viewing items in Primo VE, when only some items on a record have a temporary item policy. It looks like it is in a temporary location, when it is not.

Additional Input Parameter Options for Item Description Templates
When creating an Item Description Template it would be very helpful to include additional Input Parameter options such as Permanent Physical Location. We utilize different description orders on our labels dependent upon the different locations items are shelved and there doesn't seem to be a way to distinguish the differing order with the current parameter options. More input parameter options would allow for greater individual institutional nuances and their unique practices.
For example, I could have an unclassed serial shelved in "serials" with material type issue and I want the description to display as:
v.{EnumA} no.{EnumB} {ChronI} {ChronJ}

Add a Community Zone filter to exclude consortial electronic collections from results
When searching the Community Zone, would like to be able to weed out the electronic collections that are for consortia so it's easier to browse collections under certain providers. For example, searching "oxford*" produces 532 hits. A good percentage are packages for specific consortia. I assume this change would entail creating an identifier for consortial collections.

Enable requests of multiple items of the same BIB-record
In Alma, it is generally not possible to request multiple copies of the same record. This possibility only exists if items are differentiated by the item description.
When it comes to special collections, patrons regularly want to compare multiple copies, which may differ. Such differences have generally not been recorded (hence no item description), which is exactly why people want to compare them. For collections in closed stacks, requesting from the catalog is the only way to obtain an item. However, we can currently not offer the option of requesting more than one copy to our patrons. Display note/comment field and requestor information in Alma Mobile
It would be very helpful to have the note/comment field from requests display in Alma Mobile, particularly useful if the note/comment directly effects how, why, when, etc. the item is pulled.

Add 689 Field in the Browsing Names (without MARC21 600/610/611) and Subjects (with MARC21 600/610/611)
Browsing Names (without MARC21 600/610/611) and Subjects (with MARC21 600/610/611) are currently not supported for 689 fields.
But as Alma provides support for German MARC cataloging with the 689 field, we ask for this field to be supported in the new index
The headings links are based on how the 689 field maps to the standard 6XX field. The mapping is identified as follows:

create, edit and pay an invoice with as few a screens as possible.
currently, you need to enter and exit numerous screens to enter and pay an invoice. it would be a good idea to cut that number down to one. you need to enter the invoice, save, find out where it is assigned, edit it, enter the invoice lines, save, edit and pay. you should be able to create, list, and pay the invoice in one shot. if ALEPH could do it, Alma should be able to.

Removing temporary location on circ - sometimes only
When assigning a temporary location, I would like to be able to specify a conditions to remove from the temporary location when it circulates.
For example:
If an item has a temporary location of: Course Reserves, then the existing system works great - there's a pull request generated at the Due Back date and we scan them in and restore the permanent location - and one would NOT was the temporary location changed if circulated.

Unmerged Cells in Exported Lost/Missing List
I would like it if cells weren't merged when they're exported. Whenever I unmerge cells to sort my library's lost/missing list by call number, I always end up with about 30-40 items at the end whose titles and call numbers disappeared. I then have to individually search these for items in Alma by barcode and manually fill this information in, and resort the list. It would save about an hour or two of my time each month if duplicate entries weren't merged that way.

1.When using Metadata Editor, the font size and color of the editing area are not friendly to the editor.
2.The text in the editing area needs to be enlarged by 150% in the browser to make it convenient for users to work for a long time

Shortcut keys to expand drop-down lists in new MD Editor
Please add the shortcut keys for each tab in the menu bar of the records area.

For existing titles that need a new order, allow manual assignment of existing holdings
For serials, very often not every order is for a new title. We often close an order and create a new one when we switch to a different vendor -- this is preferable to changing vendor in order for reasons relating to invoice history -- or, in cases where a title was cancelled and is being reordered but with a different vendor. Users should be allowed to place Resource Sharing requests for volumes which are unavailable in local library
For multi-volume titles, if local library has some volumes available, it is not allowed our users to make Resource Sharing requests. It would be very helpful if our users could place Resource Sharing requests for those volumes that are not available at our library. See Support Case #00955156 & #00699280 for further reference.

The material type can be updated in bath mode
At present, for journals if the portfolio being activated is from the Community Zone, the material type value is ignored in the input file .For multiple portfolios , It is unrealistic to modify manually one by one.

SAML authentication for patrons for Resource Sharing
Currently, when an article or book chapter that a patron requested for has been fulfilled through resource sharing in Alma, the patron receives a document delivery notification letter informing the patron to download the requested article or book chapter. The URL link for SAML authentication for patrons requires SAML to be configured for Alma in addition to Primo VE (See support case 06050447). Add facet for payment method to invoice task lists
Our finance staff divide invoice approval work based on payment method. Each focuses on a different payment method and each method has its own workflow.
We typically have hundreds of invoices in the approval task list (and many hundreds in review). Being able to filter the list based on payment method would enable users to work more efficiently, as it currently cannot be determined without either opening the invoice or first creating a report in Analytics.

Add fields to specifiy the work order type or workorder status to the print slip for 'manage in process items'
The print slip for items in the Fulfillment > Manage in process items uses the ReceivingSlipLetter.
This is the workflow suggested by trainers for things like repairs or other technical work order flows.
The letter does not have the XML fields that would reflect work order type or work order status.
