An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedDo you mean the Loan Audit Trail? It is possible to see renewals in the loan history for returned items from the Manage Patron Services/Returns - tab (selecting 'Returns display' all).
Is this a historic loans archiving/anonymisation issue?

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThis is something which has been requested in the past, and would certainly benefit staff in several request screens: Pick from Shelf, Active Hold Shelf, Expired Hold Shelf etc.
As workarounds, we have exported lists (Tools/Excel) to work from, or used the Requests option from the persistent search box/ the Resource Request Monitoring page to find something, or even Analytics reporting, but in-line searching would be a great improvement. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedAs with the ideas submitted around the facet grouping of the pick from shelf task list, and also the request on timestamps in Analytics, having greater granularity of data here would help group and manage the active workflow, but also report and analyse activity to provide insights and improve services.

An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Jones commentedThe facets certainly enable greater flexibility in the pick-up workflow tasklist, though we find the Print Slip report is better for this and for handling volumes of 100 requests at at time - as it provides the most granular information at Request Level, rather than grouping all requests of all dates by holding.
If the faceting/granularity could also reflect the workflow step process date - i.e. when something actually became available/skipped holdings and went into that step as a task for the location concerned, then it may also help focus staff effort on the newest requests, and perhaps indicate the volume of 'supposedly available but not yet found' items.
Agree would be useful as supports the UK British Library claiming infrastructure

Discussed with Ex Libris in a recent visit.
As with current Resource Sharing letters workaround can use other Resource Information fields in meantime or supplement information in a general message.
