    > User Roles ... include ... the ACTIVE (Y/N) option

    This is possible by now:
    - via the settings/cogwheel icon you can select the fields
    - at export you can choose between 'current view' and 'all fields'

    > suppress them from view altogether

You can do that by now in Primo VE (via Alma):
    - Configure Views
    - Edit a view
    - Tab 'General'
    - Uncheck 'Highlight reference entry on top'

And in a next step: let the patrons decide in settings which libraries they want to see first; maybe 1., 2. and 3.

This would steer the display in the brief title list (if none of the three is present, default to the setting when logged out) and in the list of pickup libraries.

    > the Libraries facet should ... be sorted in order of number of hits
This is possible in Primo VE

You can just delete what you typed and either leave that line empty or use it for another search term (Primo and Primo VE).

This is possible in Primo VE, but only as a facet on the same level as the library facet. It should be a sub-facet of the library facets.

    Introduce nested facets: https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308176-primo/suggestions/38546641-introduce-nested-faceting-in-refine-my-results

I agree that the options for facet display need some fine tuning, taking into account the search scopes.

In my opinion the confusion stems from the fact that in Primo VE there is no indication _during_ the submit process that the order is being processed.
