An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedHi Peter
Shouldn't this rather be in https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/574345-content?
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedI agree.
In our Primo VE, the behaviour is switched *, but also here the cursor should be in the search box in both cases.
* works correctly when clearing with the small x, does not work with New search

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedVia Frederic Barry I found https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/blog/automatically-activate-a-search-after-changing-search-scope by Duncan Wilson.
Works fine in Primo VE.

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedSame problem for German. We need the local data to be set to
"ä" -> "ae", "ö" -> "oe", "ü" -> ue.Same should be possible for CDI.

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedAlso allow different sorting depending on the chosen interface language:
– for the list of languages in advanced search: we want to have the most common languages first, above a longer list that is sorted alphabetically. At the moment, this can only be done corretly for one of our 4 language interfaces
– for Collection names in collection discovery https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308176-primo/suggestions/43133190-collection-discovery-enable-alphabetical-sort-foManu Schwendener shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedRelated, for Primo VE:
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/Primo_VE_(English)/160Linguistic_Features_for_Primo_VE#Synonyms
now links to lists of synonyms in 5 languages.Matt Phillips writes:
"I’m not sure if there are separate files for Italian and Spanish. If I receive them, I will include them, too." -

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedYes, this is needed on all documentation pages.
I'm glad that the documentation pages can be followed by RSS = you get notified when the page changes. But at the moment there is no way to then check _what_ has changed, which is really frustrating.

An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedHi
I found this https://github.com/Swiss-Library-Service-Platform/swisscovery/pull/1, by Mehmet Celik
'This code will rewrite hold requests if they are "in transit", "process started" or "on hold shelf" to not cancellable.'An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commented> specific type ... Digitization request
Yes, there should be a more granular setting than 'allow cancelling yes/no'.An error occurred while saving the comment Manu Schwendener commentedA function I like in other products and that might help here: allow cancelling of a request for let's say 10 minutes. Do NOT send the request on to be fulfilled before those 10 minutes are over.
This allows the patron to cancel if s/he made a mistake and prevents unnecessary work on the library's side.
Best would be to state clearly what's happening ('cancel - within 10 minutes after submitting'), otherwise the patrons will see a cancel button that they can't find again later.
