Badge DDA titles visible in discovery as "In Your Institution" only AFTER purchase has been triggered/approved.
Is there a DDA pool-identifying condition that could be applied to the logic "if visible in local discovery, badge as 'in your institution' "
As it stands we have no way of knowing whether a title in the DDA pool is a duplicate, or completely new. At load, we may not own any titles in a pool, but we can end up acquiring some titles after the load is complete, e.g. in an update to an aggregate collection. We purchase multiple copies of the same title only under very special circumstances, and we can't be the only library with this…

Add "reports" facet in the order history
The order status reports we receive via email indicate report codes for instances where items are backordered, etc. We currently do not have a way to filter the "Order History" selections according to these reports. We need to be able to filter the list according to the "report date" and "report code" along with any other "report" information sent to us in the emails we receive so we can see which items are in a report code status. For example, the email indicates "Report Code: Out of Stock-Backordered(20)" for one of our titles and "Report Code: Additional Searching Required (21)."…

All notes and other data about a selection should be available through the entire acquisitions process to discovery.
We should be able to add a note at the time of selection to an item and that note should be available and searchable all the way through the acquisitions process. Which librarian selected the item? Why did they select it? Notes created in the List do not transfer, this is silly; what's the point of entering the a note if the cataloger will not see it? Right now, we don't have the ability to place a note when we are selecting the item, we have to enter the note in the "List" function. This is is an incredibly clumsy…

Separate finalizing stage from Purchase Request form page with confirmation message and link to create new request
Currently, the finalizing stage is completed on the same page as the rest of the form. However, I believe it would be more effective if the message of finalization appeared on a different, separate page, where the patron doesn't see the request fields. This separation would provide a clearer distinction between the completion of the form and the finalization process.
Additionally, I recommend adding a link in the finalizing stage page, that allows the user to create a new Purchase Request.
I believe these enhancements would improve the user experience and make the process more transparent and user-friendly.

Continuous, dynamic DDA deduping based on Alma holdings
Currently, if a book is in our DDA pool, and then we acquire it in another Alma collection, the book remains in our DDA pool (allowing us to trigger a book we already have) unless we follow a tedious manual process for identifying and removing such books from the DDA pool. This enhancement would make it so our Alma holdings "talk back" to LibCentral, so if we get a new book, and if that book is in our DDA pool, it is automatically removed from the DDA pool in Rialto, Ebook Central/LibCentral, and in the Alma repository. This would reduce the…

Add a link to the Alma record and/or View in Discovery link from the order history section, so the title or ISBN doesn't need to be copied
Add a link to the Alma record and/or View in Discovery link from the order history section, so the title or ISBN doesn't need to be copied and pasted to view the record in Alma or Primo.

Have CHAT open in a separate Web Page
Have CHAT open in separate web Page, so all Alma options and screens are available when you are chatting and have to jump back and forth to get info needed by the tech you are chatting with. This should be across all ALMA functions.
