We set up the Self Registration feature in Alma for Rapido so libraries can register as partners not using Alma Resource Sharing. One of the biggest issues is the welcome Letter triggered by the process is the Patron Welcome Letter and not the Partner Welcome Letter, regardless of if the partner fills out the individual or organization registration form. This is an issue because the Partner Welcome Letter does not send the partner the username and password they need to login, while the Partner Welcome Letter does.

We propose the following enhancement:

1. If the Organization option is selected in Registration, changing the form to a partner library instead of patron, then the Partner Letter should trigger instead of the patron letter.

We also cannot find what does trigger the Partner Welcome Letter if this action doesn't do it. We felt certain the Letter was made for this process, but were informed this is not a support issue but an enhancement issue.
