We welcome your ideas for new content (metadata) to add to the Knowledge Bases (KBs - Alma CZ, SFX, 360) and Discovery services (CDI - Central Discovery Index whose data supports Primo and Summon).
- Check if your idea has already been posted and vote for it before posting a new idea.
- Choose the right category: "New Provider" for content from a provider that has no available content in the KBs or CDI, or "Existing Provider" for content from a provider that already has content available in the KBs or CDI.
- Add a direct link to the provider/resource you suggest, and a contact person if possible.
- For enrichment requests add the relevant collection ID(s).
- Make sure you mention any specific added value your idea has to the community such as language or supporting diversity.
- Did you find errors in an existing collection? please open a case.
- A new year has begun but no corresponding annual collection? post an idea in Idea Exchange, make sure to mention if it is an existing provider.
- Existing Provider - if your idea is for a new collection from a provider that already has content available in the KBs and CDI or enriching records for an existing collection, use this category. No voting is necessary, ideas for existing providers will be handled regardless of voting.
- New Providers - if your idea is for content from a provider that does not have any content available in the KBs and CDI, choose this category.
- Other - for non provider specific ideas

Recommend addition to CDI.Please consider this as a new resource from a "new" provider, as SSRN has a long history prior to its acquisition by Elsevier a handful of years ago. It would be great to improve discoverability of the 1.2 million items in this repository, while enhancing the presence of OA and preprint content to Primo and Summon users.

Protocol Exchange from Nature(Springer) is an open repository
Protocol Exchange is an open repository. https://www.nature.com/protocolexchange/about
However, these resources are not listed as ones that have full-text available. It is not part of an open access collection in Primo Central Index or in Alma electronic collections.
For example: Dong Lily, & Liu Feng. (2006). Fatty acid oxidation assay. Protocol Exchange, 2006. Can be viewed for free on Nature's site, but in Primo is listed as no full text.
I would like to be able to activate the Protocol Exchange only (not other Springer subscription products) as an open access resource.

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ contains UK legislation. the content is freely available. If users are looking for acts of Parliament or Statutory Instruments it would be useful to be able to find these in Summon and direct users to the legislation.gov.uk site to obtain the PDF.

Summon Content: Include BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine) data for Open Access documents
BASE (https://www.base-search.net/) is one of the most comprehensive search engines for scientific documents and especially contains valuable information on open access documents (flagged as such). If Summon would include this part of the BASE data many if not most of the open access repositories wouldn't have to be addressed individually. As a competing index contains the BASE data it shouldn't be impossible to get them for Summon.

"LibrariE" is the ebook service mainly used in Japan. The number of user institution is expanding and we have received requests from some users to add "LibrariE" to discovery index.
