Your feedback matters to us. Help us to extend our discovery indexes, KnowledgeBases and Community Zone by telling us what collections and data you’d like to see us add, using the message areas below. You can also support something already posted.
If you are suggesting new content for Discovery that is not yet in the Knowledgebase you do not need to submit two entries (one for Discovery and one for Knowledgebase)
Specifically you can suggest:
• New collections for Discovery (Primo Central and Summon)
• New collections for the Knowledgebase (Alma CZ, SFX KB and 360 KB)
• New authority files to be added to the Community Zone
• Enrichment of Community Zone bibliographic records for certain collections
We would love to be able to respond to every idea that is submitted, but this is not feasible. We are, however, committed to responding to the most popular ideas—those that have received the most points.
For more information please review our FAQ and guidelines. Thank you.

Open Textbook Catalog: Please use direct feed of MARC records from https://open.umn.edu/opentextbooks/discovery
In the CZ there is an existing collection (613790000000001601) for the Open Textbook Catalog.
Compared to the MARC records available at https://open.umn.edu/opentextbooks/discovery the CZ collection has fewer titles (651 vs 766 as of 07/13/2020).
Also the CZ bibliographic records are extremely brief and usually have nothing more than a title in the 245 field. The bib records from open.umn.edu are fuller with author, title, publisher, content and summary notes and subject headings.
This request is to ask Exlibris to use the publicly available MARC bib records from the open.umn.edu website to enhance the existing CZ collection.
Thank you.

Add LibreTexts ebooks and course material to Alma CZ
We would like to add LibreTexts vast collection of open educational resources (OER), including ebooks and course materials bibliographic records added to the Alma CZ: https://libretexts.org/ Then, libraries could add LibreTexts ebooks and course materials to course reserve lists in Alma and Primo.
LibreTexts is home to the largest collection of open educational resources online. Adding LibreTexts ebooks and course materials to the Alma CZ would ensure users have access to OER from across a wide variety of disciplines.
Thanks,
Ryan Edwards

Need two CZ Selective Packages for 'Westlaw Thomson Reuters' database
It would be useful to have two Selective Packages for the ‘Westlaw Thomson Reuters’ database. One Selective package for ‘International’ content, and another for ‘US’ content.
At our library we provide a link to each of the two ‘sides’ of the database, as Article Title searches on each ‘side’ produce different results, depending on which ‘side’ the article is found. If an article is in the ‘US’ side, it can be found by an Article Title search on the ‘US’ side, but not on the ‘International’ side (and vice versa). (Journal Title searches allow the journal to be found the…

Add "subscribe by email" and other ways to monitor CKB release notes
It is crucial for us to monitor CKB release notes to ensure that collection activations are appropriately revised in response to changes. At present, the only way to monitor the notes is by RSS feed, which is cumbersome -- it is very easy to miss changes with only RSS feed updates. Please add other means of monitoring these changes, such as subscribing to the release notes by email.

Sherpa RoMEO indicator embedding
Embed a Sherpa RoMEO colour indicator and a mouse-over floating tip reading info from RoMEO about a journal's copyright and self-archiving policy.
Doing this for the search results on EJP could be a great favor.
Sherpo RoMEO pubs data under CC BY-NC-ND license which seems to ban EL from re-using them? Or EL may talk to them.

LexisNexis Law Schools
Please add portfolios to the LexisNexis Law Schools electronic collection in the Community Zone.
(Note: this collection already exists in the Serials Solutions Knowledgebase, as LexisNexis Advance, with a title count of 15,431. Could the metadata be migrated to Alma, since both are now owned by ProQuest?).

MARC Enrichment for Loeb Classical Library
A lot of the MARC records for Loeb Classical Library (995553412900041) in the Community Zone are brief records. It would be nice to see these records enriched.

Please use vendor-available MARC records to configure the Gale Slavery and Anti-Slavery collections pts 2-4 as selective packages (as pt 1)
Alma CZ collections for the Gale Slavery and Anti-Slavery collections (parts I-IV) were added recently. Part I is configured as a selective package with portfolios for the individual titles, but parts II-IV are configured as databases with no portfolios. Can you please also configure the collections labeled part II through part IV as selective packages, too, and add portfolios for them as well? See my salesforce case #00411679 about this. MARC records are available from Gale Cengage for titles in all four parts.

Enrich bib records in openedition_freemium - they are currently very poor.
Records for titles in this open access collection are currently so poor that librarians and students are missing them in our Primo.

GALEGROUP EIGHTEENTH CENTURY COLLECTIONS ONLINE I
Please can the bib record portfolios for this Community Zone collection be enriched, some of them are incredibly poor and scant.
We have received complaints from some of our users and librarians about the lack of bibliographic information in these ebook records. An example of a brief record is "The adventures of Roderick Random" MMS ID 993360000000079640
There is no author, publisher, publication date, isbn, only a partial title.4 votes -
Add a record to the CZ for Resources for Gender and Women's studies
Feminist collections : womens studies library resources in Wisconsin (ISSN 2162-6189) has had a title change to Resources for Gender and Women's Studies: A Feminist Review (ISSN 2576-0750). There is no record in the community zone for the new title, however.

Index the Journal of Hospice and Palliative Nursing
The Summon indexing of this journal appears incomplete from 2009 to present. It's well used for courses, so it would be really helpful if it were fully indexed.
