(NOTE: This idea is piggybacking off of LENH-I-6142, an enhancement request submitted by Kingston University in London, which did not receive enough votes in Round 1 to be sent to Ex Libris).

When the AI syllabus assistant is enabled for instructors, this option appears as the first (and largest) tile on the quick start screen. While we would like to eventually introduce this option to faculty, we'd prefer more of a soft launch approach that leaves the two standard existing options (create list and roll over list) as the most prominent/default workflow, while establishing the syllabus assistant tile as an optional new feature at the end of the list. We believe this will help faculty with established lists continue with their most efficient workflows without distraction, but also allow new faculty to have a chance to see the third option and explore further if they find it relevant to them.

Since (unlike the New UI rollout of 2024) we aren't able to establish a pilot program for this feature on an individual instructor level without turning it on for all users, we'd like to limit the visibility (and potential for disruption) when we do switch it on for the first time.
