Removal of standard blank template and ability to create a default institution template which cannot be deleted
We would like to remove or hide the standard out of the box blank template and have a standard institutional template which cannot be deleted or customized. This would ensure that reading lists created by instructors are of the same standard.

It is much more convenient to do this in ordinary documents in Word format, but in the damn pdf it is really very difficult ... I used different programs and it seems to me that I finally found something suitable for working with pdf. I'm talking about PDFLiner. This is a very cool service and here, in addition to reading and editing, you can very easily print pdf files. I have been using this service for about 2 weeks now and I am very satisfied. I found out about PDFLiner quite by accident when I came across the link https://pdfliner.com/how-to/how-to-print-a-pdf. Here I found a lot of useful information about working with pdf.
