Allow the List View to be saved as the default view
The "arrange" feature allows users to view the tiles as a list, but when they leave the arrange menu or click "Done", it goes back to the tile view. Especially for visually impaired users, I think the list view might be more usable, so it should be able to be saved as their default view.

Our university likewise had an accessibility complaint.
Despite ensuring that our color options are complaint with WCAG standards, we had an extreme scenario in which a student had difficulty seeing the screen and wants a pure black and white view. Disabling CSS entirely in a browser renders the screen unusable; using a color contrast browser extension helped but not enough; such a workaround is not possible in mobile. The rotating tiles are also distracting.
A minimal black and white list view, similar to what is visible on the Arrange screen would be a helpful alternative. If the screen were extended further so that content (like pocketguide submenu hierarchies) were visible, that would likewise provide an alternative option for users who wish to scan a webpage visually and quickly, but are frustrated now by having to click in and out of every tile.

Also, if there is no description, do not display "No Description" in the List View.
