  1. Choose animation type for banner tile

    Currently, there is only one animation type for the banner tile: a slide animation with an elastic ease-in-out easing function. It would be nice to have multiple easing functions to choose from for the slide animation (https://easings.net/) as well as other options such as a crossfade or fade-in-out animation.

  2. Rename "Receive Alerts" option on campusM Settings Page

    The "Receive Alerts" option is grayed out on iPhones if there are no user self-subscribe groups set up. This makes it look like the user will not receive any alerts which is not the case. Could it be renamed to "Subscribe to Alerts" instead to make it clearer. This option is hidden on the web and Android versions so I guess that's not possible in iOS.

  4. Handshake

    Handshake is a recruiting application used by our students to find jobs around the nation. It is used by many universities in the United States. It would be great if we can have an integration that would allow our students to update their job profiles, to search and apply for open positions and to set up their interviews. Even better would be integrating their interview schedule with Timetable so they will be notified of their upcoming interviews.

  5. Allow for different user permissions based on environment

    We would like to be able to assign different permissions to users based on the environment. For example, I would like to be able to grant users on my team full-permissions in the sandbox vs limited abilities in our production environment. It seems the only way to do this currently is to create multiple accounts to assign them.

  8. Search Results - Include Menu Option (Tile) Name

    When a user searches for particular terms within the CampusM front-end they are presented with a list of results.

    At the moment these results do not always include the overall Tile name. This would be useful when needing to identify particular tiles requiring update around certain information.

    At present the tile name is only presented if the search reference is found 'high up' the tile structure. If the reference is further down a menu path, only the latter part of the path is shown.

  9. Feedback - Use of URL or Email Address

    Would it be possible to update the Feedback feature with the option to either populate an Email Address (as now) or a URL as an alternative to enable us to push users to an external form for example, that will enable us to capture more information at the point of logging than is currently possible within the Feedback feature.
    We would be looking at this mainly for the ‘Problem’ area, but it would also be useful to have in place across all Feedback options (Feedback, Problems & Ideas).
    We acknowledge this would lose the process whereby the submitted feedback is…

  12. Asset Manager - Permissions

    When assigning permission to add/delete Assets (Resources) this currently releases full access to the to the Asset Manager structure. It would be preferred if access here could be granted in a similar way to Content, where access to add/delete is given to a particular folder, thereby limiting what individual users are able to amend and protecting other users/system config assets in place.

  13. Include the original check in status in the attendance record usage report

    The current attendance usage report only includes the most recent check in status. It includes fields for modified date and by whom, but not what it was modified from.

  14. Improve consistency of configured colours with the appropriate check-in history config

    Although colours are customisable in some areas they do not flow through in all areas, which affect ability to use colours that could clash.

    One instance Student view: absence button appears in bright red, even after we have set other colours for student logged absence and lecturer logged absence.

    It is such a strong colour and unchangeable in settings, so it dictates and limits the rest of the colour scheme applied. Ie. we must design around it. See eg of what cannot be a scheme.

  15. The addition on search by name and not just email address in attendance viewer

    Lecurers cannot search to see an individuals attendance unless we have the student email address to hand which. Can it move to recognise names too.

  16. The addition of search by name not by email when covering a lecture for colleague (alternative lecture functionality)

    If i am suddenly asked to cover a class at speed I may not want to admin check ins by cross searching for that lecturers email address. Can it be improved so that the alternative lecturer feature allows for either option in separate non compulsory fields.

  17. Use CMAuth token in Product Integrations that hit Microsoft

    Timetable, Directory Search, and Roles require duplicating the same OAuth profile already in use.

    Please allow these to function like the Outlook product integration which references the integration profile as pictured in the screenshot.

  18. Add Student Check-In Time to the Lecturer Check-In Page

    Instructors are requesting visibility into additional information within the check-in history window. The main request is to add the student's check-in timestamp in the page where the Lecturer Check-In Page where they can see who is present/absent.

  19. Users - Date Last Logged In

    To enable us to manage App Manager User account access more efficiently, it would be beneficial to have a ‘Date Last Logged In’ column in the Users table.

    This would remove the need to have to request these details from Ex Libris by Support Case before we can undertake our security audits to remove users with no recent engagement (according to our internal policies).

    I’m thinking of something along similar lines to that recently introduced for ‘Registered Users’ which states ‘Date Last Used’.

  20. Quick Polls - CSV File Audience Upload

    To enable more specific individuals to be invited to take part in a Quick Poll (where we do not have a dedicated Role), it would be useful if the Quick Polls feature could also offer Distribution by CSV File Upload, in a similar way to Notifications.
