The new fingerprint functionality allows you to enable/disable fingerprint sign in to the app, based on the fingerprints stored in your mobile devices (if available). The annoying behavior for this, is that it will ask you to re-fingerprint every time you get back to the app (e.g. switch to another app, and get back to CampusM 2 seconds later re-triggers fingerprint).
Please allow for a configurable time-out timer during which re-authentication with fingerprint will not be necessary.34 votes

The error page that is displayed to students in the event of a Service Outage needs some work to make it useful (if this ever happens again).
If possible it would be more useful to have a University branded page that provides our students direct links into our core underlying applications ..... such as LMS, Student Management System, LCS and also contact details for our Service Desk.
The message that the service is currently available with no other calls to action or options was not helpful to the student population.5 votes
have an alternative dark theme (e.g. Youtube etc..)11 votes
As opposed to personalisation options (the order of the icons) being lost when the user logs out, it would be better if they were associated with the user accounts and kept the icon order when the person logged out and back in again, as opposed to them having to rearrange.17 votes
is easy to have a connection every time without churching your phone, right?
With Solar is it possible in special times and countries etc.
You used the front windows half for solar panels or back front it better if you use the phone. Test engineers should control that is better

As well as lecture title and time, show the lecture location on the live tile for timetable - this way students may be able to attend the upcoming lecture/event with only the glance from the home screen.6 votes
Students at home for holidays would like to be able to force a selectable/UK timezone for their calendar.4 votes
Have the ability to add an XML-formatted sitemap to the relevant site's root domain, e.g. institution-beta.ombiel.co.uk/sitemap.xml. This will allow the beta version (or which ever version of the app you add the sitemap to) of our app to be crawled and audited for accessibility adherence.1 vote
As many institutions have their own support desk, there's a growing need to integrate the feedback function in CampusM with these ticketing systems or allow admins to hide from view, so CampusM isn't creating an additional stream of support calls outside of the main system.12 votes
Detect current version of app and prompt users to download latest version when opening, (either optional or required) to continue using the app - with message to explain why they need to upgrade (potentially editable by institution).
Would be useful when we've had recent updates to key services/tiles that are not being realised by students with manual updates, whilst ensuring consistency of experience for all.4 votes
The "arrange" feature allows users to view the tiles as a list, but when they leave the arrange menu or click "Done", it goes back to the tile view. Especially for visually impaired users, I think the list view might be more usable, so it should be able to be saved as their default view.5 votes
Currently we cannot make the app on-brand as we've been told that it is not possible to add custom fonts. Can this be added please?4 votes
The heart of student engagement should be the enablement of direct and real time faculty to student communication within the explicit context of a class. Think class cancellations, room changes, emergency notifications, assignment reminders, including quizzes, homework, and exams, last minute class changes and updates, and any important information that the instructor needs or would like to communicate in real time. In addition a communication framework like this would allow students to opt in and communicate with each other as well for classroom discussions and group work without having to disclose their own phone numbers. I am basically proposing a light weight classroom communication framework. Many schools are either not fully utilizing their LMS or not all classes are in the LMS. Miami Dade College is a good example of this where only 20% of our classes have a Blackboard (LMS) component. Even in those classes that have an online or hybrid component many faculty still opt to communicate with their students in a manner of their own preference. For apps that do something similar look at the ' Remind' or 'Class Updates' apps.

With smartphones getting larger we'd like to be able to use a percentage to size heights and widths. We are particularly interested in tile heights.
Our design team is currently working on a re-design that has full-width tiles, but with the smallest tile height available there is far too much scrolling to view all options. Attached are some screenshots for reference.8 votes
Need the ability for users to print a page from within an app with only the contents. Use case#1: student views his/her class schedule (time table) that lists out all the classes, meeting days, location, etc.
Case#2: we display unofficial transcript and user needs a hardcopy to provide to their employer or other 3rd party for verification that they are actively taking classes or successfully completed a course.
Currently if you print out a page, everything that is shown on the screen prints, including header/footer, tiles, and other html elements.18 votes
Currently users on both the ios and android native app has the ability to "view intro to app" but we would like this functionality to be extended to those that use desktop computer (ie: access campusm thru web browser)10 votes
Isn't it a nice idea to allow students to change the look and feel (skins) of the Home page.
This idea came out of the difficulty to find a consensus among students (opting for more colourful look) and marketing (pleading for a plain university-branded design).11 votes
