Browse tab results display: don't follow creator immediately by publication date
In the results display on Browse tab for LC call number searches, the creator (1XX) is (almost) immediately followed by the publication date. (There's a space between the two fields). In cases where the 1XX field ends with an open-ended date, it looks like the publication year is a death date.

Differenciating the code for PCI records from the code for Alma records
The PCI records that we don't subscribe and the Alma records without holding show the same labels on Get It section because they share the codes, such as:

c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.signedinuser
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.signedinuser.noservices
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.guestuser

Primo Saved Search email - link color setting
Improve color customization of Saved Search Email Alerts
The February 2020 Primo feature does not allow us to customize the link text in the header (used for the terms of the saved search), which leads to contrast issues.
Similar to the "Unsubscribe" customization, there should be a similar component to set the color of link text in the header.

HAL : issue about "full text access" link
HAL https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/ is one of the major open repository in French.
Some publications give full text access, others not. See screenshot attached.
We did activate for search Hyper Article en Ligne (HAL) in PCI.
Our concern is that all HAL publications in PRIMO display with "full text access" link even when there is no full text.Please have a look to the example : Reconceptualizing the classification of PNAS articles.

Display order of portfolio at Catalogue (can we prioritize the links to be displayed?)
For title with multiple portfolios, come from different platforms, I wonder if there is any way to prioritize the links according to our needs, e.g.
Criteria 1: portfolio with access to the current issues will be displayed first, instead of the portfolio with closed holdings.
Criteria 2: purchase portfolio will be displayed before the free access portfolios
Criteria 3: platform with less broken link reports received will be displayed before the one with more broken link reports

Please provide an option to search items from sub-collections together
Please provide an option to search items from sub-collections together. Now users only can search the items in the current collection but usually the items in sub-collections are also relevant result for the search query. Some may think they can just go back to the basic search page and search again but the others would think it's uncomfortable because they are already familiar with Windows File search function.

time to reshelve
When "time to reshelve" hours are set in Alma, the reshelving status only displays in the "Get It" section of the full record display. It also needs to display in the brief record display. A patron who only sees the record in the list after a search won't know that the item isn't physically on the shelf unless they click on the full display and scroll down to Get It. Harmonise the default resource type icons with Leganto's icons
Since we have both Primo and Leganto, our customers should have a consistent experience with resource type icons between the two interfaces. We have no choice but to use the OOTB icons in Leganto, a set of default Primo icons that harmonises with them would be appreciated. It may be that the size/canvas transparency may vary between them, but in essentials they should look the same where types are equivalent. With CDI we understand there will be additional resource types - this is a good opportunity to bring the two interfaces into a closer alignment for user experience.

Primo VE: Campus facet
For larger libraries, it would be helpful to have a Campus facet, as a superstructure to the Libraries facet (which can be very long). Unfortunately, this cannot currently be created as a local facet.

Add a multilingual keyboard to the User Interface
Our patrons want to search in multiple languages in Primo, e.g. Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc. When they come to the library they are often limited, because of the local keyboards. A virtual multilingual keyboard would be an ideal solution to support their needs.
Portal Judaica (cf. screenshot attached) provides an example of how to implement this in the user interface. The website https://www.lexilogos.com/ supports a variety of languages to give you an idea of which languages should be supported by the virtual keyboard. Normalization Sets Change Control

- what changed on a normalization set old and new value

Add public note field option to import profile service link
We're interested in adding a public note field to the import profile setup for Primo VE that display the same way as the Public Note field in a General Electronic Service does.

Hover-over article abstract in PRIMO VE
Currently, patrons need to go into the full article record from the brief results page to read abstracts.We would like to suggest that PRIMO VE provide the user with a hover-over article abstract on the brief results page so patrons can skim abstracts before going into the full record.

I can find documentation on keyboard shortcuts available in Alma, but nothing for Primo. It would be great if this functionality could be made available and documented.

Create a "Resources I can access" item under the Show Only left hand side menu.
Create a "Resources I can access" filter item under the Show Only left hand side menu. This would use the clients logged in group to apply a filter to search results to only show those that they can actually access with their login group. I am sure you can think of a better label for the filter. The principle is the same as "Full Text Online" - most of the time clients want to be able to get to the items they can access straight away as efficiently as possible - this is not an issue most of the time…

Configure fields included in Course Information
We would like to be able to modify the default configuration of Course Information field displayed in the details view of the full record in Primo VE, adding to or deleting the default elements (Course ID, Department Name, Course Instructor Name) or changing their order. For example, an institution may want to include only Course ID and Instructor Name but not Department Name here. This is not currently possible.

Enable renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account
It is confusing to users that they can renew some items on loan to them via My Library Account, but not inter-library loans. We would like a configurable Renew option available for inter-library loans in My Library Account. If a user clicked this option, the request for renewal from the user would populate a tasklist in Alma for resource sharing staff to action. If staff proceed to request a renewal from the lending partner, the workflow should connect so that the response and the updated due date flows back through to My Library Account. Primo Analytics - add the ability to monitor availability link clicks by availability category
Currently usage statistics may be generated using the "Click on availability statement" Analytics action, however there is no way to differentiate clicks on say, "Available at" (for physical resources) and "Check online access".

Changing the language in Primo should also update the preferred language in Alma
We have a mix of users with different languages at our university, but we cannot get a reliable language setting from the SIS feed. Therefore it is important that the users can edit the language preference themself to get letters from the library in the correct language.
Today, changing the language in Primo only changes the interface language in Primo, but we would like it to also update the preferred language in Alma.
