My Library Card: date of the last renewal
We suggest that the "Date of the last Renewal" field should only update when a successful renewal happens, rather than when the courtesy letter is sent.
It happens in local loan and in Rapido, and it is confusing for patrons. We would like this workflow was adjusted.
