How can we improve Primo?

Add an option to move the "Show more" link above the "Additional Services" link for "Display All Links in Full Display for CDI. "

Current design: Additional services will appear before "Show more" link when "Display All Links in Full Display for CDI ." Suggestion: add an option to change the order of the links,
