Copy citations to the clipboard in rich text format
The "citation" tool copies citations to the clipboard in plain text format. Could Primo be modified to allow citations to be copied in rich-text format, in order to preserve the formatting in the citation?
This feature was released in November 2023.

> Preserve the formatting of citations
Will be added to the roadmap 2024 (didn't get through round 2 of NERS 2023, but will be done by Ex Libris anyway).

The non-retention of formatting is also an issue for our clients (on Primo VE). Supported.

Our librarians and students have asked for this enhancement as well.

I was advised in a case that the 2019 fix does not cover this completely for Primo on Back Office, as also dependent on browser. It may work for a time or for certain browsers, but is often not consistent through browser updates.

It looks like this might have been addressed in a 2019 release for Primo, but not for Primo VE? Can this be implemented for VE? Patrons have raised this issue.
