Allow for multiple holdings records and item records to be opened at one time.
Sometimes, it's helpful to look at multiple holdings records at the same time to compare. It's also helpful to have the system open all of the item records for a holdings record at one time if you're gong to be doing minor changes to each one.

Add the ability to display the MMSID number in the results list from a physical item search
Add the ability to display the MMSID number in the results list from a physical item search. Having to open the bib or export the results to get the MMSID is inefficient.

The Alma Active Hold Shelf page should optionally display the Patron User Group
It should be possible to view the requestor's user group on the Fulfillment > Active Hold Shelf page.

Add EOD FILE Information and Alma Job number to POL Notes Tab
When a EOD is used it would be helpful if the EOD job information was added to the POL Notes tab within each pol file. Whenever I need to fix a EOD load issue I often have to sort through multiple loads to find the correct one. Having the file name and the Alma Job number on the notes tab would greatly speed up this process.

hold shelf processing and active hold shelf
It would be very useful at my Library if there was a way to see all items that are currently in 'hold shelf processing'. This could be a list similar to that of 'active hold shelf' or a report every evening of books that have been returned, are requested by another user but have not been trapped. Many of our users return books using the self service machines. Although users are directed to return reserved books to a seperate bin for processing many do not.

Adding PO lines when creating a licence
We would like the ability to link the license to a PO line in the license details. To open the PO line tab and add the PO here.

Claim
When I place a claim, I add a receiving note that itemizes which issue I have claimed. I remove this receiving note when I have received the claim. It would be great if there was a way for me to automate a note when I have claimed an issue, and if the note could be automatically deleted after the issue has been received.

We would like to add a filter of barcode or call-number into the result page of a itemized set page.
We would like to add a filter of barcode or call-number into the result page of a itemized set page, so they could locate and remove the dedicated item from the result quickly. The Filtering Sets function is not efficient to locate and remove single item from the result of a set, for more information, please see the attached screenshot. Thanks.

Improve how operator transactions/history is displayed throughout system due to privacy concerns
Operator identifiers are displayed throughout the system in various places, such as History and Notes tabs and the Receiving Operator field in the Physical Item Editor. These display as the operator's employee number, which has been raised by staff as a privacy concern. Currently, configuration can be set to disable this display only in the History tab, and only for users that do not have Manager or Administrator roles assigned to them. This is problematic for several reasons:
- Privacy concerns being raised by staff that their employee id is viewable by other users throughout the system

we would like to set it to show the circulation desk of the library for the patron physical request item in Primo.
The current patron physical request item pickup in Primo is set to Library level, we would like to set it to show the circulation desk of the requested item. So it will be more convenient to our patron.

We would suggest to pop up a notificatiion when our staff works on an invoice of previous year.
I would suggest to pop up a notificatiion when our staff works on an invoice of previous year. For example, before click "set back to Review", system will alert that "Edit is not allowed since it is not in this year." Or it is not permited to edit the non-current year invoices.

Ability to Disable the Dispute Functionality for Fine/Fee
Feature Requested:
An option to turn off the ‘Dispute’ functionality for fines and fees.Use Case:
With middleware connected to Alma and our university, anything that is done in Alma needs to be propagated to the rest of campus. Since there is not a need for the dispute functionality, we have not written any middleware on handling the dispute if it were to come in through the web hook. Currently, we are training staff to just not use the dispute functionality. It would be ideal to just turn off that option so that there is not a chance of discrepancy…1 vote -
Add "available for" information to "Electronic" tab in search results (All Titles)
Currently when searching "All Titles" for something, if there are results that are electronic this information shows up in the Electronic tab. However, from this view we have no way of knowing which library has access to what title in our shared environment because this information is set at the collection, service, or portfolio level through the group settings (aka "available for"). If this information was displayed from the search results screen, this would save us time.

Enhanced reporting on alma logins
Provide additional reporting for alma logins.
Required for data protection reporting,
Events that need to be monitored (e.g. logon, failed logon, access to sensitive files, copying/modifying or deleting a senstive file, concurrent logons from different workstations using the same user id). These should include, as a minimum, user id, type of event, date and time of event, success or failure indication

Rapid ILL
Add License option for "Authorized Users" for Electronic Title sets. Currently, there is no way to completely automate the Rapid ILL integration because you cannot exclude collections that we are not able to lend out.

The Internal Identifier number automatically assigned to Borrowing Requests once they are sent to partner is long and cumbersome
The number is quite long and my team is having difficulty managing it when looking up requests or spotting it on the in-tray. We've noticed that the first two letters and the final seven are always the same, with the unique identifying numbers in the middle. I'm not sure what the numbers mean, if the stable numbers identify our institution or similar, but could a couple dashes be added?
i.e. 33-1008366-0002761 instead of 3310083660002761
Either that or can the Internal Identifier search could be made into a fuzzy/variant search so my team could just search for the seven unique middle…

Activating Ebooks - moving the done button away from the delete button
Could you move the DONE button to the top of the list when activating ebooks? Having the DONE and DELETE buttons next to each other means it is easy to click on the wrong button by mistake.

Add Last Loan Date to Fulfillment subject area in Analytics
It is great that the Last Loan Date is available in the Physical Items area in Analytics. However, to create more complex circulation reports which include aspects such as Renewals one needs to use the Fulfillment subject area. It would be useful to have the variable in both places.

Remove Request cost section in Borrowing Request section
Make the request cost section in the borrowing request section configurable so that it doesn't display. As our doc del team do not need it, as we don't charge customers or partners for doc del.

Ability to require pick up date field when making requests
It would be helpful if we could lock the pick up date field for making requests so that it is required to be filled in by the patron. We use Alma with Primo VE and will be relying heavily on the request function to prepull items to be used in our reading room. While the pick up date may not be necessary for many institutions, it would be nice if the pick up date had the option to be required for the institutions that want to customize the request functionality.
