Add identifier creation date to the Users Subject Area
Add identifier creation date to the Users Subject Area so we can query for new barcode and count how many new Library cards we issued.

Loan receipt with calendar reminder event
It was very useful to have a calendar reminder for student/staff when they received the Loan receipt. It could be an outlook calendar file, Google calendar or event.

Avoid to “hold shelf” for the expired patron.
Alma provides materials for “hold shelf” to patron, whose ID has expired, if he requested before his expiration date.

MARC21 local field 930 should be "repeatable" as the same as the other 9XX fields.
930 is a not special field among 9XX but Alma sets it as non repeatable unlike other 9XX fields. We should use "extension pack" to change 930 repeatable.
Don't you think 930 should be treated as the same as the other 9XX fields?3 votes -
Add Access Type to Customize View
I love the option to customize my view and choose what info is displayed under portfolios and collections in my search results. It would be very useful to be able to display the Access Type: Current, Perpetual, or Current and Perpetual. Right now we need to open the record and navigate to the field.
Please add Access Type as a field we can choose to see.

rerun Overlap and Collection Analysis
There are certain reports that I would like to run in Overlap and Collection Analysis periodically. It would be helpful if I could rerun a past report instead of having to enter all the criteria every time.

Closed Library Due Date Management- new option for short Loan Items
For Short Loan Items (due time in hours)
If for some reason the library is still open (partial opening for query) even though it is closed for Alma
It is essential to have the option:

Searchable archive of old/completed requests outside active request screen
Too much clutter in active screen. Would be great if this screen only showed new /pending created requests. The facets to the left would then be more meaningful and useful as filters to find specific requests - those sent to partner, those that overdue etc instead of requests with these statuses being presented within the active request mix

“Expended from fund” should be able to be un-ticked when “VAT per invoice line” is ticked
Invoices can include different VAT percentages in different invoice lines, so VAT must be calculated per invoice line level (not in invoice level), but because library is not paying VAT (paid centrally by the university), VAT should not be expended from the library’s funds in Alma.
The problem is that when the checkbox “VAT per invoice line” is ticked, the checkbox “Expended from fund” is automatically ticked and it can’t be un-ticked.
It should be possible to choose “Expended from fund” to be ticked or un-ticked, when “VAT per invoice line” is ticked.

WebHooks for Orderlines
We would like to have WebHooks, that are triggered by acquisition events.
For example sending of POs shall trigger a Web Hook (similar to a finished job) to start subsequent processes via the Alma-API. In principle, we could also use the packaging job, however, if orders are sent directly, this does not work.
Use case: Extrenal setting of call numbers, inventory counters, setting of item properties within multiple item orders.

Exclude certain usage reports from being reported in the SUSHI Weekly Reporting
1) Exclude 'Failed - Usage Not Ready for Requested Dates' usage reports from appearing in the SUSHI Weekly Report.
2) Also include user option to suppress past usage reports with no available usage from reporting again in the SUSHI Weekly Report.3 votes -
Preferred Term Correction job needs option to turn off the reordering of subfield URIs $$0
We have implemented URIs into our bib records, but found that the Preferred Term Correction job is reordering the subfield $$0, where URIs are automatically clumped together at the end of the subject string and are no longer associated with the term. Even though the current best practice is for only one URI to be associated with the subject string and for it to be last in order, most subject headings with multiple subfields do not yet have a single identifier (URI) assigned to the entire subject string. There should be an option for the reordering to be turned off…

Return the borrower's name to the top of the screen
Please return the patron/borrower's name to the top of the loans screen. Having it on the right side in the new layout, makes the screen harder to read - and it is much easier to lend items to the wrong person.

During partially receive physical items, we suggest the system can auto notify receiving operator that how many item(s) under the same POL has/has not been received.

Configuring the Alma Services Page
I would like to move the "View Online" section above the "Send To" section on the journal search results page (Alma Services Page). While I can reorder the other sections on that page, I am not able to move the "Send To" section.

Attachments to Patron Welcome Letter
It would be useful to be able to attach files to Patron Welcome Letter, e.g. library rules and privacy notice as pdf.
They are too long texts to be added in letter itself but important to be delivered to the new patrons. To be able to send them automatically to new patrons with welcome letter would save paper work and time at customer service desk.

We would like to add a new schedule time to the schedule job Fines\Fees Notifications Job that send the letter - FulFinesFeesNotificationLetter - Every day at 09:00 .
