Allow data from the POL notes to inform/be inherited by the portfolio notes.
Our Acquisitions process currently allows for receiving e-book purchase option information (platform and use model) from a vendor via POL notes. We would like this information to be inherited by the e-inventory in the notes field of the portfolio. There is currently no way to get that information out of the POL, and it is needed in the porfolio to streamline workflows.

Enable Individual Portfolios for Publish to PubMed Profile
There is not a way to set up individual profiles for the Publish to PubMed Profile for individual colleges that share one Alma instance. This functionality is important and should be enabeled. Without it, patrons using PubMed will not be aware which results are available in full-text through their college's databases. The expected outcome of this improvement is that it would provide a way in the Publish to PubMed profile manager to set up individual profiles per college, like there is in the Publish to Google Scholar Profile.

Add the ability to record enumeration in portfolios
More and more frequently, we have access to multi-volume e-resources where each volume has its own static URL (and therefore, its own portfolio) and all the e-volumes are linked to the same bib record, the same way a multi-volume print resource's volumes would be. I'd like to see an enumeration field in portfolios so that volume information (not the same as coverage) can be recorded, indexed, and displayed.

Improve publishing to PubMed to give a single coverage statement for all portfolios active for the same title
The Publish to PubMed publishing profile outputs an xml file giving details of ejournal coverage per title. Where we have multiple active portfolios for a title, the output contains a set of "or" queries with the coverage for each portfolio, and these often overlap or duplicate each other. NLM will no longer accept files with these duplications and overlapping coverage statements and instead require a single coverage statement for each ISSN in the file.

"Send to Ex Libris" option under portfolio Action button
If possible, add the "Send to Ex Libris" button under the Action button for a portfolio. The option only appears if I do an electronic portfolio repository search. If I go to the portfolios from the services tab, the option is gone. That is a lot of extra steps of making changes to a portfolio and then sending those changes to Ex Libris.

Add Institution specific holdings feeds to Alma KB from more providers
Currently, the Alma knowledge base offers automated institution-specific holdings feeds from Elsevier and Ovid. These greatly reduce the amount of work required by libraries to maintain holdings.
It would be great if you could add feeds for JSTOR ebooks and EBSCO ebooks. These are currently being offered by other knowledge base providers.

Changing or moving the "Add all Portfolios from Community" button in Electronic Collections
When adding a new portfolio to an existing electronic collection there are several options. Two of these options are "Add Portfolios from Community" and "Add All Portfolios from Community". These options sit beside each other and are the same colour and design. The only difference between them is the word "all". 5 times in the last twelve months we have had the experience where separate operators have selected the "Add All Portfolios from Community" in error when they really only wanted to import a single record. Update URL in porfolio when attached bib record's 856 is updated
When the URL in a bib record attached to a portfolio is updated (individually edited, or batch load/overlay of records), there should be a setting to the action so that the URL in an attached portfolio would also be updated and we don't have to remember to manually do this. We have had 2 recent instances, one where we used APIs to update bib records using our old PURL manager to use our new one, only to find that the portfolio URLs also needed to be changed separately, and one where we have a batch of vendor records with changed…

Remove extra stage when clicking on 'Attach to electronic collection' in a portfolio
At the moment, if you click on 'Attach to an electronic collection' from within a portfolio, a box opens up saying 'Select a collection and service' but the search box isn't actually searchable and you have to click on the blue arrow to open up the repository search to find the collection to link the portfolio to. It would save a few extra clicks either by making the first pop-up box searchable, or to just be taken straight to the repository search.

Display View-Only option for e-collections in NZ tab
It would help to be able to view the information about the e-collection in the NZ tab. Currently libraries can only see the portfolios included in the e-collection but they are unable to see information about the e-collection. It would help to be able to see the acquisitions data attached to the e-collection, including a link to the license.

Can we add an 'electronic collection' column on the Electronic Resource Activation Task List

Display linked import profiles in Electronic Collection view/editor
It would be helpful if Alma displayed any import profiles set up to create portfolios (or delete) in an electronic collection when viewing/editing that e-collection. This would eliminate the need to go back to the import profiles themselves to verify which collections they work on.

E-Inventory Import Profile defect - inability to distinguish multiple services
When setting up an electronic import profile that relies on an electronic collection with multiple services, it is unclear which service I'm selecting. Please correct or "enhance" the obvious defect and make these services distinguishable. One option would be to include the custom description field from the service level.

When add local coverage dates remind to change Which coverage statement will be applied?
When local coverage dates are added the system should remind you to chose Which coverage statement will be applied?.
A small annoying feature of Alma, is the number of times we add amended local coverage dates to and electronic portfolio and forget to change the radio button to apply the local dates. Could a reminder be added when ever you add local dates?

ability to add local portfolio to bib directly
Currently we must go to the alma menu --> add local portfolio and fill out a long form to create a local portfolio.
The ability to search for a title and add a local portfolio would be much more efficient. Kind of like how we would add an item record.

Retain local linking information following 'Link Local Portfolios to Community' function
It would be useful if local linking information (parser parameters and static URL overrides) was retained in portfolios when linked to the Community Zone using the 'Link Local Portfolios to Community' function at Collection Service level. Currently, this is not the case and local linking information has to be restored manually to Community Zone-linked portfolios following this process (even though other local information such as coverage date overrides and notes are retained).
