Link local portfolios from IZ to CZ manually by selecting the appropriate CZ portfolio when there are multiple matches
We have encountered many cases where there are multiple possible matches on an ISBN in a CZ collection, but those multiple matches don't actually have the same linking. This causes us to have to manually check each link one-by-one when we run the job to connect local portfolios to the CZ. It would be preferable to skip a title when running the job on the set when there are multiple matches and be able to perform a search from the individual local portfolio itself to select the appropriate CZ portfolio manually.

Enable the batch updating portfolio to change the access model
Please enable the batch updating portfolio to change the access model. it would be helpful when the portfolio has no PO line attached.

We will therefore not be adding this for bulk portfolio updates.

CZ Updates Task List -- Add CDI coverage percentage updates
When a collection is activated, sometimes the CDI is not activated as the coverage percentage is not high enough. When this percentage is updated to include more content it would be nice to be notified of this via the CZ Updates Task List.

Give General Electronic Services controls to Discovery and Eresource Management Roles
The settings for General Electronic Resources are nested in the Fulfillment Configuration menus and require the Fulfillment Administrator role. However, General Electronic Services deals with creating and displaying links based on different parameters, such as a link to a problem report form, to external link resolvers, search services like Google Scholar, and many other potential services. GES is, as I see it, fits more in Discovery Configuration (controlling what shows up for end users) or Electronic Resources Management (controlling which links for external services show up). Customize CDI Activations by Resource Types
Under the CDI tab in each electronic collection, we currently see a list of resource types that are included in the CDI database. It would be nice to have the ability to choose which of these resource types you would like activated for CDI. For example, you may want ebook results from JSTOR, but want to exclude book chapters. Another example would include removing book review results. Having such ability would allow us to curate the best selection of results for our user population and preventing the "firehose effect" of primo searches.

Add portfolio or collection inventory directly within license
We would like the ability to associate a collection or portfolio with a license record directly in the Inventory tab, rather than having to go into the collection editor or portfolio editor of the product/title and associate the license from there. When working with the license record it'd be beneficial to be able to associate a related portfolio or collection from that tab.

Add "chapter" in portfolio's material type
Hello,
At the moment, when creating or editing a portfolio for a chapter, it is not possible to precise that it's an chapter portfolio (you can precise that it's a book but no chapter)

Ability to edit a collection's Service Type after the collection has been activated
Once a collection has been activated, there is no way to edit the service type. Sometimes we find that a collection that we thought was Full Text is actually Selective Full Text or a collection comes from the CZ incorrectly configured. It would be nice to have the ability to correct the Service Type.

We hope the Electronic Operator role can use the Community Zone Updates Task List feature.
At present, the Community Zone Updates Task List feature is only available for the three roles:
* Repository Manager,
* Purchasing Operator,
* Purchasing Manager,
These three roles have too many privileges.

Include a descriptor of service in move portfolio lightbox
When you are moving portfolios between services in a single collection, there's no way to identify which service is which if both are "full text" or "selected full text". There needs to be a descriptor in the drop down option.

The material type can be updated in bath mode
At present, for journals if the portfolio being activated is from the Community Zone, the material type value is ignored in the input file .For multiple portfolios , It is unrealistic to modify manually one by one.

Request for uniform ISBN numbers regardless of which Alma repository search is performed
At the moment, the situation is that the Alma repository search results show different kinds of ISBN numbers depending on the search you run, as shown in the following example:
(a) Electronic title search for 9780262363464
The result (MMS ID 99117091527405511) shows this entry (first 020a entry):
"ISBN: 0-262-36346-1 and others" – preferably this would be displayed as the corresponding 13-dig ISBN: 9780262363464 instead of this rather obsolete 10-digit ISBN(b) Electronic portfolio search for 9780262363464
The result (portfolio 53296177790005511) shows these ISBNs:

Service is free?
Alma currently allows only two choices for the selection "Service is free?"; free and not free. But there are new business models available in publishing that need to be recorded. Subscribe to open is both free and not free, for example. Alma should allow more choices to identify publish and read, membership, subscribe to open, and other publishing business models and to support library management of resources.

Alma - add a coverage field at electronic collection service level
Right now the coverage of a portfolio is managed at portfolio level only. It would be very useful to have a chance to set up values for coverage also at service level, so that they are inherited by all the portfolios using that collection service.

Ability to customize the order of display for portfolio links in a record
When there are multiple portfolios for one title, such as a journal or newspaper, Alma allows them to be sorted by Rank, Title Asc, or Title Desc. But there are occasions when it would be optimal to custom sort the display. For example, for the title Barron's, we have three ProQuest Central portfolios displaying to the public, each with a different date range. Reflect Community Zone changes in affected portfolios' history tabs
Alma portfolios in the IZ show a modification date in their history when a change is made based on CZ data. However, the changes themselves are not documented in the portfolio's history tab -- just the fact that a change occurred on that date.

Add bib metadata to custom view for portfolios
Right now, there's no way to see edition (subfield 250) or publication/copyright date (subfield 260/264) from a list of portfolios.
These fields should be added to the customize view options for portfolio lists.

Create run now button for Upload Electronic Holdings integration profiles
Currently, if the integration for an upload electronic holdings profile fails, you have to edit the profile, click save and run, and then monitor the job.
Users should be able to right click or use the ellipsis button and choose Run Now from the Integration Profile List for any Upload Electronic Holdings integration profiles.

Upload Electronical holdings Ebook central into specific collections the same way as Elsevier auto upload collections are handeled.

The interation with Ebook Central is based on a single complete collection, there is no possability to seperate it to specific collections.
The subscription collection that the title was subscribed from is indicated at the level of the portfolio as part of the portfolio Acquisition tab Purchase Model section.
