Enhanced reporting on alma logins
Provide additional reporting for alma logins.
Required for data protection reporting,
Events that need to be monitored (e.g. logon, failed logon, access to sensitive files, copying/modifying or deleting a senstive file, concurrent logons from different workstations using the same user id). These should include, as a minimum, user id, type of event, date and time of event, success or failure indication

Add Last Loan Date to Fulfillment subject area in Analytics
It is great that the Last Loan Date is available in the Physical Items area in Analytics. However, to create more complex circulation reports which include aspects such as Renewals one needs to use the Fulfillment subject area. It would be useful to have the variable in both places.

loan status / item process changes in a date range
We would like to be able to run reports detailing the dates when a loan status / item process type change was made over a certain time period e.g. loan status changed to 'lost' between 1/10/2019 and 1/11/2019. Using the item modification date is not the perfect criteria as this date will change when any modification is made to the item e.g. adding a note etc

Analytics field for the name of who modified a citation
Add "citation modified by first name" and "citation modified by last name"fields to course reserves in analytics.

Analytics' job history activation
On Analytics, the job history is not accessible. It would be interesting to give access to this feature, for instance when developing a new report, it is sometimes good to have the history of what has been done. Thanks.

Analytics - 028 Publisher's number
Currently, the 028 field (Publisher or Distributor Number) is not a reporting option in Analytics. It would be extremely beneficial to the music and video community to have this field provided as an option in reports, both in the physical items and e-inventory subject areas. For music and videos, this field can be as important as the ISBN is to books. Yes, libraries can add this field as a local Param option, but many libraries have already maxed out the bibliographic 10 local param options.

Converted from hold request needs adding to Resource Sharing Borrowing Request Subject Area
We are currently trying to get statistics of Scan and Send requests that we have completed. Over 121 of these requests where converted into Resource Sharing Borrowing Request. However, it is difficult to find out how many of the 121 request that were converted have then been completed by RS. It would be good if a column was created for the Resource Sharing Borrowing Request subject area to show whether a request was converted from a Digitization or a hold request. So we can create a report that shows the lifecycle of these types of requests.

Add the translations of library name, location name and so on into Analytics
For facilitating the Analytics Report with local language, request adding the translation of library name, location name and so on into Analytics. Current workaround, which is uploading external data into Data Visualization, cannot fit the situation which has the name changes quite often. According to the customer, 86THU changes these names very often.

Add "num of physical items (active)" column from titles to the fulfilment, physical items and course reserves analytics subject areas
Currently there are times where our staff need to know how many physical items we have available. They have created reports in either the Physical items, Fulfilment or the course reserve analytics subject areas. And they want an accurate column showing how many items are active. So that they can make a decision on whether we need to be purchase more items due to loans or courses on a specific MMS_ID.

Pull requested page number from digitisation requests etc in Analytics
It would be useful to have the ability in Alma analytics to create a report which pulls through the details of the page numbers entered during the digitisation request process.
The digitisation request form in Primo has fields for "Required Pages - From/To"
The "Approval Requests List" in the Fulfillment are in Alma also shows the required pages.It would be useful to pull this information into the Requests Subject area in Analytics.

Alma Analytics - Add Subject classification of Ministry of Education in China
The subject classification of Ministry of Education is used widely in academic library in China. But Alma has only Chinese Library Classification.
The customer would like to create analytics reports based on the subject classification of Ministry of Education.

Add Save&Release event in Analytics
It would very helpful the tracing of the Save&Release event for an MMS record in the Analytics Events subject area.
This event could help in organizing the workflows between cataloguers.
With a scheduled analytics report we could let know to a more experienced cataloguer when his colleagues definitely finish their job on a bibliographic record.At the moment we are monitoring the Physical Items - Bibliographic Details - Modification date field,
but intercepting the Save & release event would be a better solution.1 vote -
Please add a field (or change the Full Month fields) to have YYYY-MM format
For all Full Month fields can you please change the format of the field so that they show as YYYY-MM (using 4 digits for the year and the 01 through 12 for the month) so that they can be ordered accordingly when used in prompted, etc. OR please add a new field that represents the Full Month field but in the YYYY-MM format. The current Full Month fields are literally useless.
These would include but not limited to Due Full Month, Loan Full Month, Return Full Month, Renewal Date Fullmonth and Last Renewal Full Month fields in the Fulfillment subject…

Ability to list comma separated values into separate rows
For each record, repeatable fields display all values in one cell separated by a semicolon. Sometimes this is useful but not always. I know how to separate these values into separate columns using regular expressions, but sometimes when the order isn't important it would be more useful for the values to be listed in one column. That way, you can filter a title using the results of this field in another analysis.
As an an example:

Add API name as an Analytics field in Physical Items subject area
I am looking to create an Alma Analytics report for quality control purposes for the numerous Ex Libris Developer Network's apps we use. Currently, the only way to monitor item record changes using the APIs in the Physical Items subject area is to select "Modified By" but the only option recorded is "exl-api". I cannot monitor which APIs are updating which records with this generic "exl-api" response. I would like to add either a different field to select API by name or update the "exl-api" response to "exl-api_[name of API]".

Make Provider Account ID info available to users as an Analytics option
Need Provider Account ID in order to use the Resources report called 'My Electronic Resources by Provider' to get electronic resources counts on all providers not just the ProQuest default.

Add "Electronic Collection Content Type" to Alma Analytics
In Alma, you're able to filter and view electronic collections by "Electronic Collection Content Type" (i.e. Book Package, Journal Package, etc.) -- However, this isn't a column or field available in Analytics.
It would be great if it could be included so we could create reports on electronic collections based on how the content is defined for that collection.1 vote -
Add "credit" to Fees and Fines subject area
Users want to create reports that show credits issued by which operators, the date and amount of the credit, who the credit was issued to and what the credit was issued for.

Add "VAT Percentage" to Analytics
Currently there is no way to get the VAT percentage of an invoice or invoice line in Analytics. There is only "VAT Code %", but this is useless for institutions that don't use VAT Codes.
