Fines & Fees: add transaction type to the fines list
If fee was paid the status should indicate that (rather than 'Closed').

The fine fees list in the user record has additional optional fields, including the waive reason. An element of our waiving policy is to check that the patron has not already had several fines waived in the past, thus indicating a behavioural pattern which needs to be addressed. Currently the only way to check this is to view the resolution details of every individual fine, which is unacceptably time consuming at the front desk when there is a queue waiting. The transaction type for closed fines needs to be displayed in a column next to each closed fine so that all the waivers can be identified at a glance.

We don't use the Bursar system but would nevertheless find this option extremely helpful

The June 2018 Release includes a new option: You can now import files from a bursar system to update Alma on the transactions that were exported from Alma to the bursar system.

I would love for Ex Libris to add some additional status for Fines & Fees: e.g. "Wavied" or "Exported to 3rd party".
Currently, It is extremely difficult to find out what happened to a fine once it's closed. If those status is available, it will be much easier for circulation desk supervisor to look into a fine and audit it. It will be helpful if those fines "exported" through BURSER will still show up in user accounts.
