Add Electronic Services information to the Analytics Link Resolver subject area
Currently the Link Resolver subject area of Analytics allows us to generate reports on the number of times all electronic services are delivered and clicked.
We would like to see the details of which electronic services are being clicked, and which are not.
This is valuable information for us when making decisions about collection displays and edits we might make to the online services order.
To do inform these decisions we would like the Electronic services information to be added to the Link Resolver subject area in Analytics.
You can now create reports for the number of times a service was clicked. To allow this feature, the OpenURL Service Details dimension was added to the Link Resolver Usage subject area. It contains the following fields:
- Electronic Collection ID
- Electronic Collection Name
- Interface Name
- Is Clicked Service
- Is Digital Service
- Is Electronic Service
- Is Network Service
- Portfolio ID
- Service Type
For more information, see OpenURL Service Details.

I'm finding that the interface name and electronic collection name are always identical. See https://i.imgur.com/IBmAErT.png
What is the Electronic Collection Name dimension from? -

Is this resolved with the Clicked Full Text Services information in Analytics' Link Resolver Usage section now?

This addresses elementary reporting stats that are important, especially for local collections which do not have Counter usage

I would like to be able to run reports on how many times specific Electronic Collections in our Institution Zone have been used over a particular time period.

If I had a spare vote, I'd add one here!

This is what was described as Clickthroughs to the target in the old SFX reports. I would like to see this either in the Alma Analytics or Primo Analytics and would like it to include the General Electronic Services. We do not do resource sharing in Alma but link to ILLiad via the GES, and would like to see how many times people follow through initiaing the openURL request to initiating an interlibrary loan request (or at least getting to the place to do so).

This is a very useful idea, and particular with more flexibility for COVID services, General electronic services with service availability and display logic control can be a very helpful and flexible way of offering services for material, so being able to understand engagement/usage is critical.

Yes! Also, would like print services added to this report.

Agreed, this is an essential part of link resolver usage statistics, and was part of our previous OpenURL vendor's reporting.
