Allow batch deletion of POLs
After we set up our Alma Ebook Central integration, thousands of technical PO lines were created for our triggered DDA requests. We already had POLs for these titles, so we want to delete the duplicate POLs. Currently, they have to be deleted manually. Please create a job that allows you to delete POLs in batch.

Hi Moshe,
We would like to clean up po lines that their paid items have already been withdrawn. By the State regulations, we have to keep the order records and the bib records for 6/7 years for auditing. After the specified period, if we have already withdrawn the items, we are no longer required to keep the order records and the bib/item records.
So if we run the job "Change PO Lines Status" job, all the po lines actually do NOT meet any of the criteria to be successfully deleted:
__ They all linked to an invoice lines (Yes. They were paid, and then some years later withdrawn)
-- They were attached to a PO and sent to a vendor (Yes. That was how we got the items)
-- They were main po lines, and their items were received or activated. (Yes. But then years later, they were withdrawn and deleted from Alma.)In this case, how can we batch delete these po lines? We would like to clean up the database.
Thanks!

Hi,
Are you familiar with the 'Change PO Lines Status' job ? This job can be run to batch delete PO Lines,
Of course, the normal limitation to deleting a POL apply. A PO line cannot be deleted if:
* It is linked to an invoice line.
* It is attached to a PO and has been sent to a vendor (if the PO has not been sent, the PO line can be removed from the PO and then deleted).
* It is a main PO line and one of the PO line resources was received or activated (even if the PO line is in review)Thanks,
Moshe
