Fulfillment - temporary note on a loan
Fullfilment - temporary note on a loan
In our library system in Siena we have also public libraries (Institution REDO)
These libraries host classes to "introduce" young students to the libraries and books.
When we were in Aleph these libraries created a card from the class (let's say second class of Green School) and they made loans on this card.
They used the temporary note in order to write the name of the children that took the book.
So they printed a loan receipt for the teacher where there were the titles, barcodes, date of return and the names of the children.
In Alma we are not able to do the same: even if the collegues insert the temporary note this doesn't appear on the receipt.
We think it is useful to have a loan receipt to give to the teacher, receipt that contains the name of the pupil associated to the book chosen.

Loan notes are now available for letters that contain loan information.
