Create a system that IDs (and removes?) former staff who are still linked to reports and actions in ALMA.
We have had several people leave our library but we didn't realized that they were still listed as recipients on reports and scheduled actions. ExLibris say there is currently no way to identify what process staff members are connected to except to open and edit every report and look for their name. A simpler way of IDing or reporting/removing ex-staff would be very helpful (long term).
