In Process Items_Move items in batches to the next work order
In the page of “Manage In Process Items”, we would propose
1) Adjust the number of each page so that more items can display on the page. That would be the maximum the staff can tick “Done” at one time.
2) Given above, ideally we'd want to move a pack of items by jobs to the next work order.
3) Sort out “Barcode”
As of the May 2022 release, library staff have better control over work orders including:
* Searching by work order type
* Placing and removing institution-level work order types using the Change Physical items information job
This enables easy bulk processing of work orders.
See demo here.

Change physical item information job in the May 2022 release of Alma provides the ability to change "In Process Type" in batch.

It will be very helpful for us if there is a batch job to run work order “done”.
Currently, when we want to transfer books to another section, we have to run the job of “Create physical item work order” and then scan in items individually. This is very inconvenient for us. It will be helpful for us if there is a job for us to run work order “done”.

It will be very useful for us if we can sort the books by barcode in “Fulfillment Manage in Process Items”.
Currently, we can sort the books by title, status, “data received for department” and “end of activity”. However, sorting by barcode is not the option. It will be easier for us to locate the books which were requested if we can sort them by barcode.

Hi everyone.
I had already managed to scan-in items in bulk using RoboReturns from the ExLibris App Center: https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/appcenter/roboreturns/
It takes the same time to scan and get the result but at least it's not a manual action. Just make sure you setup the configuration .ini file. Instructions are provided.

We need to be able to move things in bulk out of transit.

There is a "Job Run" for adding work orders in bulk, but no removing work orders in bulk. This would make life a lot easier for when a library undergoes a massive weeding project.

The ability to remove/change an existing process type on an item record in batch would be extremely helpful. Could this be added to the "Change physical items" job?
