Support "Parent" fields in COUNTER R5.1 IR reports
COUNTER R5.1 reports can be harvested into Alma, and then users can review these reports in Analytics.
For ‘Item Reports’ (IR) not all “parent” fields are supported in Alma and in Analytics.Mandatory parent fields for IRA1 in R5.1 are:
ParentTitle
ParentAuthors
ParentArticleVersion
ParentDOI
ParentProprietaryID
ParentPrintISSN
ParentOnlineISSN
Parent_URI
(See https://cop5.countermetrics.org/en/5.0.3/04-reports/04-item-reports.html)NOTE: If any parent information is included in an Item Report, the ParentDataType MUST be specified (see https://cop5.projectcounter.org/en/5.1.0.1/03-specifications/02-formats-for-counter-reports.html#report-body)
These fields should be supported by Alma and Analytics.
327 votesDear Community,
We would like to confirm the required development in this idea: to add the full list of 'parent' fields (see attached), related to IR and IR_A1 reports, to Analytics' 'Usage Data (COUNTER)' subject area.
Could you please confirm the above?
Many thanks,
Zohar Shemesh

"Request" link when you have ordered a physical book
When you have ordered a physical book (one time order) it would be very helpful to get a Request link available on the Purchase order lines in Review page.
Then you could place a request more quickly. You don't have to search for the book again.
152 votesDear all,
Request can be placed on the title level (meaning any item can fulfill the request), or/and for a specific item.
Which option is relevant in this idea?
Thank you,
Zohar Shemesh
