Please reduce overall number of clicks
One huge disadvantage of Alma is its very click intensive ui. It is very hard to point out all sections where I'd like to see 'straighter' user guidance. I think, it is a general problem in working with Alma.
Please, please, please add more keyboard shortcuts and think about how you can reduce clicking in Alma.

View the operator's name in the top corner in new UI
in the old UI, the operator's name is visible in the top right corner. This enables employees at a busy, standing service desk to see who is logged in where and avoid using each others' accounts. In the new UI, it's visible only from the home page.

Include an option of Streaming Video, instead of Electronic book. As it is now, we have to go back in and fix books to Video.
For our course reserve streaming video, we are only given the option of Electronic Book in the Add Brief record creation, instead of Streaming Video. As a result, we have to go in later to fix the display in Primo, which displays as a book instead of the Video that it is. Faculty members get upset when an item displays as a book when it is a film.

Usage statistics Missing Data page should have a note tab
In the Missing Data page, we need a place to put notes in to explain all the red Missing symbols, e.g. vendor closed business, see aip and scitation together (usage statistics split in two places), zero usage, resources moved platform to another vendor, etc.

Extend searchable range of Monitor Jobs table
The monitor jobs table is useful in tracking and troubleshooting problems. Sometimes it would be really helpful to be able to track certain jobs further back than 30 days, but when you enter a search term while using a date range of greater than 30 days, you get the error message:
Search is not supported when the date range is more than 30 days.
It would be helpful to be able to track jobs longer ago than 30 days.

Add a function for quickly removing search string
A function like the 'X' in the Primo search bar, which removes entered search string, would make user interaction with the Alma UI more efficient.

Include the parameters used in the Job Report
The current Job Report is of varying usefulness, depending upon the job run. In many cases, all that is returned is the name the user gave to the batch, time and date run, the number of records processed, and a process ID which is useless on the local level.
It would be FAR more useful if the Job Report, at a minimum, included all of the parameters used to generate the report -- a summary of the selections and input made in the "Run a Job" screens. Without the parameters, troubleshooting is difficult if not impossible.

Custom Favicon
Support the ability for an institution to upload a custom favicon. Favicons make work easier when staff have multiple tabs open so they can switch back to Alma quickly. For example, someone may have a tab open with their Primo site, and a tab for the Library of Congress. A local favicon for their institution would allow them to quickly identify the Alma tab and switch back to it.

Ideas Exchange export option
It would be nice if we could export all the ideas from Ideas Exchange into Excel or by csv file so they can be reviewed more easy than page by page to see if an idea is already there (albeit worded differently) before voting. Since we can export our personal data from settings there is obviously some export functionality on Ideas exchange- can we have a bit more?

More rapidly hide items that have been deleted so patrons aren't confused and think we still have them. This is for course reserves.
Find a way to more quickly remove course reserve items that have been deleted from view in Primo. The same goes for adding new items to course reserves, find a way to more quickly display those items in Primo.

display logic location ip
Currently, we cannot configure the order of locations in Primo Search Results, because the only option is to order locations by IP. Our three libraries share an IP range so this doesn't work for us. Please provide a way to order location in Primo search results beyond the IP ranges.

Configuring Popups
We would like be able to control which Alert popups we want enabled and which one's we would like to disable. A mapping table for each functional area like the one attached maybe.

Show Call Number on Loan Receipt Letter
Could there be an option to add the call number information to the Loan Receipt Letter. It would be useful, especially for items with multiple volumes.

Allow tooltips when hovering over facets in searches
After one has done a search in Alma, the facets along the left side of the window that appear as options for further filtering sometimes have names that are too long to fit into the width of the facet section. This results in an ellipse indicating there is more to the title of the facet, but there is no way to see what the rest of the facet title is. Add multiple Central catalog integration profile with the enable/disable button
The background:
To add the backup CALIS path (or host) to the integration profile. When the primary CALIS host failed, the library admin can switch the profile quickly instead of modifying the configuration directly to avoid any misconfig.
Request:
It will pop up an error when adding another or multiple Central catalog integration profile to Alma. So we would suggest to add multiple Central catalog integration profile with the enable/disable button, so we could choose and enable the backup host quickly when the primaiy host failed.

Allow the Primo widget to report on publishing jobs performed in the Network Zone
The Primo Dashboard widget in our environment does not provide details on the "last publishing job". According to Ex Libris support, this is by design since our publishing job occurs in the Network Zone, rather than the IZ. Many Alma users operate in consoritial environments. Please design the widget so that it also reports on publishing jobs performed in the Network Zone.

Automatically add text (course codes) to notes field in Alma as part of rollover
It would be good to have the option to automatically add text - specifically course codes - to the notes field (Fulfilment -> Courses ->[SELECT COURSE] -> Manage Course Information) in Alma as part of the rollover process. By having the option to automatically add the course code to the notes field as part of the rollover, it would provide the institution with the ability to track back any useful history.

Offer ISO1806 as a Date Format Option
When I am in Alma and looking at a lot of dates, I find YYYY-MM-DD faster to read and process, specifically the use of en-dash instead of forward slash. This format is also the ISO standard (https://www.iso.org/standard/40874.html). Thank you.

Add the number of loans shown in All title search in ALMa
We wish that the number of loans can be displayed in ALL titles search in ALMA. See the attachment.
