Add Lender/Borrower addresses to Label code table in select Fulfillment and Resource Sharing letters
Fulfillment letters and Resource Sharing related letters would benefit from having an easy mailing label field, to be toggled on and off in the “Labels” section for letter editing when a Library would like to add a mailing label to a letter.
With collaboration from our Alliance colleagues, we created a shipping label directly on our Ful Resource Sharing Request letter. Access Different Desks
If you are working on a project in acquisitions and someone comes to the desk to check out a book, the acquisitions project must be scuttled in order to switch over to fulfillment. It would be great to have access to both desks at once (perhaps on different tabs) so that involved projects don't need to be randomly scuttled.

Add a print option to tables
Printing tables off in Alma can only be achieved by either printing the page (makes for poor results), or exporting to CSV and formatting that document.

Physical item count on home page
Please add a widget option to the home page that displays a simple current count of physical items. I should not have to create an analysis to get this basic information.

Allow for the updating of license terms using scripts or spreadsheets.
Currently all updating in licenses is a manual process. To add or reorder terms has to be done manually and to add a new term to existing license has to be done manually. Wouldn't it be nice for either type of updating to be achieved via a script or spreadsheet? For managing terms, it would be great to export the existing terms to a spreadsheet, make changes and then upload the new terms order and organization. Extend searchable range of Monitor Jobs table
The monitor jobs table is useful in tracking and troubleshooting problems. Sometimes it would be really helpful to be able to track certain jobs further back than 30 days, but when you enter a search term while using a date range of greater than 30 days, you get the error message:
Search is not supported when the date range is more than 30 days.
It would be helpful to be able to track jobs longer ago than 30 days.

When importing data to an itemized set it is not currently possible to use the facets in the members list.

Enhanced customisation for Contact Information pop-up
We are suggesting that there should be a way to add additional fields to the mapping table of the Contact Information Pop-Up configuration from other information sources inside Alma, for example the user's school or department.

Calendar management reminders
Would be good to get a reminder when standard opening hours "valid to" date is about to end.
We had a hard time understanding why interlibrary books borrowed at one of our libraries got very short due dates.
It is impossible to remember to update the standard opening hours every 3 year. Also a valid time of 3 years is very short for standard opening hours, it should be longer or not have a limit at all.6 votes -
Remove the ability to set the "Default View" on the Views List
When in the "Configure Views" area, our university has multiple views, including development views. It has happen MANY times that the selected "Default View" gets accidentally changed. We have multiple users going into this list and sometimes we don't notice the views had been accidentally changed.
Can we remove this ability within the "Views List" page and change it to checkmarks or be prompted to save the changes of the "Default View" if any changes are made? I would still like the ability to set the Default View but only have the ability to select after clicking on the "..."…

Messages/Email in Alma
When assigning tasks, bibs, etc. to users in Alma, it would be beneficial to receive a copy of the message that is being sent and/or have a history in your user profile so that you can keep track/proof of messages/assignments sent to people/users.

Return to old layout-option
Please return option to use old layout, it was much easier to use. For those of us who spend much of our time switching between production and configuration, the "new" layout can be quite inconvenient. The location of the gear icon is poor and the color/contrast scheme is poor. The "new" layout makes me feel like I am hunting for the function rather than navigating to it ("Am I in configuration or production?" I would much rather have the production items on the left side (as they were before and are now) and the configuration menu items across the top…

dates over Alma-D thumbnails
We'd like the ability to display date of creation over thumbnail images in Alma-D collection views. We have many objects with the same title in our historical collections (yearbooks, periodicals, newsletters). When browsing these collections users will be looking at pages of thumbnails with identical titles, with no way to differentiate the items beyond the thumbnail images themselves (which often provide no information about date).
Adding the date of creation to the metadata already displaying over the thumbnails (material type and title) would make it much easier for our users to find digital assets while browsing.

Add option for inventory's title to the "Interested In" letter
When we receive items on a standing order POL, our interested users listed in the POL receive the standard "Interested In" letter notifying them that an item has been processed. However, when the standing order POL is attached to a brief bib for the series, the letter only gives the series title and not the individual item's analytic title. As a result, the interested user is only notified that a new item in that series has arrived, but not what that specific item is.

Increase password strength requirements
Our institution's security protocols require certain password strength requirements that do not align with ExL's general password guidelines of 8 characters or greater. With the rise of identity theft and database exploits, ExL standards are not up to date with current guidelines. Our institutions minimum password requirements are:
i. Be at least 15 characters long
ii. Be no more than 127 characters long.
– Some applications limit the number of characters that can be used.
iii. Not be used for the user’s other accounts.
iv. Not consist of a common phrase.

Add sync option to Alma sandbox environment
Could we add a 'Sync' button on each configuration page to apply changes from the sandbox environment to the production environment?
This would be beneficial for modifications like CSS changes, terms of use, fulfillment rules, mapping, etc., and it would reduce the risk of human error during the transition.
Also, having a sync option from the production environment into the sandbox environment would be great for troubleshooting possible issues.
