  1. Allow for greater variety in the scheduling of export invoices.

    Currently, there are only a handful of pre-defined choices for scheduling the invoice export. None of them fit the time our accounting department set aside to work with our invoices specifically. Please allow greater flexibility when selecting a time to export/import invoices, ex> 1500 hrs on Wednesdays.

  2. Ideas Exchange export option

    It would be nice if we could export all the ideas from Ideas Exchange into Excel or by csv file so they can be reviewed more easy than page by page to see if an idea is already there (albeit worded differently) before voting. Since we can export our personal data from settings there is obviously some export functionality on Ideas exchange- can we have a bit more?

  3. Strip incompatible characters from patron feed before processing

    Our IT department occasionally produces a patron load XML that contains small amounts of non-ascii characters. Currently a single character in a Brazilian mailing address, for example, stops the entire load. I think the behavior should be that any unrecognized character needs to be stripped out by Exlibris so the rest of the SYNCHRONIZE job can proceed, and the locations of the stripped out characters should end up in a warning.

  4. Local work order types

    Our workflows are organized with local work order types. Now we need the full functionality: searching, updating, control the publishing process and statistical analysis via Analytics analogous Alma process types.

  5. Remain on the same page when Current Location is changed

    At the moment, when 'Current Location' is changed, this action results in the user being taken to the home page afterwards. This is inconvenient, especially when working in a patron record, as it means several steps to get back to the screen where you were before. It would be much better if the interface remained on the same screen after a location change.

  6. Add the "Public note" of the item to the PNX record

    The content of the item field "Public note" will not be published to Primo. We want to index the public note in Primo but the field is not transferred to the PNX record.

  7. Description Templates -- Create reference table for months and seasons

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if it would be possible to create some sort of reference table for the months and seasons. This would be for use in the description templates. Then we could use MM, MON, and MONTH (for example), to indicate whether the two digit code in the particular Chron field should be displayed numerically, as the standard abbreviation, or spelled out.

    Having such a table would mean that for each type of pattern a single template could take the place of the 12 or 16 we have to create now.

  8. display logic location ip

    Currently, we cannot configure the order of locations in Primo Search Results, because the only option is to order locations by IP. Our three libraries share an IP range so this doesn't work for us. Please provide a way to order location in Primo search results beyond the IP ranges.

  9. Automatically add text (course codes) to notes field in Alma as part of rollover

    It would be good to have the option to automatically add text - specifically course codes - to the notes field (Fulfilment -> Courses ->[SELECT COURSE] -> Manage Course Information) in Alma as part of the rollover process. By having the option to automatically add the course code to the notes field as part of the rollover, it would provide the institution with the ability to track back any useful history.

  10. Allow tooltips when hovering over facets in searches

    After one has done a search in Alma, the facets along the left side of the window that appear as options for further filtering sometimes have names that are too long to fit into the width of the facet section. This results in an ellipse indicating there is more to the title of the facet, but there is no way to see what the rest of the facet title is.   11. PO Line import report: create itemized set

    After loading bibs and orders, the report allow me to create an Itemized set of what I just loaded. I would like to use this to review POL, but under Report-PO Lines, it only creates an itemized set of Titles.

    In other words: Import profiles--[...on a profile]--History--[...on a job]--Report. Scroll down to PO Lines--[...on total PO Lines Imported. *needs an option to create an Itemized POL set.

  12. Enable different time formats for Alma interface and letters

    Currently, it's only possible to set one time format within Alma (Configuration Menu > General > General Configuration > Other Settings > systemtimeformat), which is used universally in the Alma interface (e.g. in patron records, in monitor jobs). A time format that's appropriate for use in the Alma interface isn't necessarily right for letters that are sent out to users. For example, we would like to set the time format for the Alma interface to 24 hour clock including seconds (H:mm:ss).   13. Allow keyboard shortcuts/hot keys to be configurable

    Allow for the creation of keyboard shortcut/hot key profiles that will support re-mapping of shortcuts. Some of the preset shortcut are not currently available due to the removal of function keys by manufacturers.

    Library staff currently have to input Reading List owners on a one-by-one basis.

  15. Highlight text in persistent search box when pressing "/"

    After completing a search in the persistent search box, the inputted text remains in that field. When pressing "/" to select the persistent search box, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the previously inputted text without highlighting it. Automatically highlighting the text would allow one to overwrite the previous text (e.g., scanning a barcode) without selecting and deleting it.

    In the Monitor Requests & Item Processes screen it would be extremely useful to show the item Storage Location ID and the Description. And / Or to have item Storage Location ID and Description available in the excel export of this screen.

    For Discovery display labels (labels in Primo), all work order types (fulfillment, bindery, and acquisitions) are controlled through the following two customizations:

    1) c.uresolver.getit2.itemlist.status.WORKORDERDEPARTMENT.

    expected_date In process of {0} until {1} (where 0=Work Order Type, and 1=Work Order Days to Process)
