Request status "Pending" and "On Waiting List"
Add statuses to resource sharing borrowing request status field
Is it possible to add two more statuses to the drop-down list for the Request Status field in a resource sharing borrowing request? We would like to add “Pending" and "On Waiting List".

Alma RS Borrowing - view the patron ID (primary identifier) number in the main body of a borrowing request
When you edit a borrowing request you can't see the patron ID number in any of the fields. It is only seen when you come out of editing a request and view the details next to the Request name. It should be seen with the request information.

Overdues
An alert function when items have gone overdue. Currently the requester will get sent overdue e-mails, but the library is not notified. When you have thousands of requests it is imposisble to search through.

More frequent resource sharing notifications
Enable the option to send notifications to users who place resource sharing requests for each stage of the process. This will give users a better sense of where their requests are, instead of just sending them into a black hole with no idea when they might arrive. This is similar to the way that online shopping provides notifications for each stage of a purchase, and is something users are coming to expect.

In Cataloging/Authorities, indicate if subject is divisible by place ($z) in the Authority record
In cataloging, when we look at an authority record (in the community zone) we need to know if the subject heading is authorized to be subdivided by place, for example ($z California $z San Francisco)

Populate Additional Information for Articles from the DOI or PMID Fields
The idea is to populate additional information for LENDING article requests from the DOI or PMID fields and not just for BORROWING article requests

Fields in Locate Profile
Automatic location of Borrowing items would be more effective if Keyword and Year were available in the Locate Profile.

Having the notes field displayed on the front screen so we dont have to go into each request to see if any notes
If we add any notes it would be helpful to see that there is a note in the request on the first creation screen so that other people can see it straight away without having to look at each one individually

LENDING BEING PROCESSED
We would like Digital Lending Requests to be automatically updated to Being Processed once the slip has been printed - in the same that way Physical Lending Requests are updated to Being Processed once a hold has been placed via Manage Fulfillment Options. At the moment they have status Created Lending Request - which means we have to change the status manually.

Automatic selection of "Complete the request" when shipping Lending Digital requests
For Lending Digital requests, could the "Complete the request" be automatically selected when we ship an item (or maybe the recent choice remembered) – so we don't have to select it each time we supply an item?

Enhance Holdings Records Mapping to include the 007 field and other control fields
Enhance the Holdings Records Mapping feature (new as of March 2018) to include adding 007 fields and other control fields during the import process. Per SalesForce case #00525849, this new feature currently only works with data fields (non-control fields).

Display of actions on Borrowing screen
We would like to change the order of the actions on Borrowing requests. Currently the order is:
Duplicate, Send, Send Query to Patron, Request Renew, Receive, Edit Shipping Cost, Recall, Return, General Message, Reassign.We would like to split Send and Send Query to Patron.
A possible solution is to change the name to: Patron Notification or Notification to Patron.Thanks

Lending Requests - Save and Edit
We would like a Save and Edit button when entering new scan requests from a Search (like in Borrowing).

We would like to Push from Patron ID in RS to Manage Patron Services in Fulfillment, to Pay RS fees.

We would like to print Book Straps (like in OCLC) to attach to books as quite often our patrons return books with out the Slips.

Physically Received by Library
It should be possible to change the status of a Borrowing Request to Digitally Received by Library from Physically Received by Library or vice-versa, if the wrong Format was received. Currently, it is impossible to create a barcode if the item was Digitally Received.

I would like to search Completed Requests by Partner Code and External Identifier. Currently, this is only possible via Analytics which has a one-day delay.

Recent Searches & Customization of Searchable Fields
I would like to customize the fields displayed and their order when searching Borrowing and Lending requests. In addition, I would like Recent Searches to be displayed first. Currently, there are many fields that we do not use and we need to scroll down.
