    Hi Fabiano,
    We have the same problem in our network, we could not customize the form as much as we would.
    Do you have also more than one pick up location ?
    Maybe you have the same than us : http://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308173-alma/suggestions/19640005-obligate-the-user-to-choose-a-pick-up-location-in
